Kind of wish that the piano wasn't so stiff,"static-sounding", but the chorus is most definitely rhythmically enhanced by the percussion.

Its amazing to me how you (proverbial you) can make an observation about a great band not for the sake of being harshly critical and people here just go nuts blindly defending the group. I have not heard anyone say anything bad about Maroon5. They are a great band, but as I said before this is not their best work. The original version was awesome, but this is not a step up. Right, I personally wouldn't have posted anything in here if I didn't like the band, the song, or the remix. I liked Kanye's remix completely. I think it goes to show that people are more emotional than rational when it comes to certain things that they are passionate about. =)
