@OTFpro We practiced with a light steadicam at first but we found it hard to adjust focus and shutter speed so when we filmed it we just had our cameraman sitting in chair and holding a Canon 60d DSLR.

@bounty93 Why did you adjust the shutter speed? you should only have had to adjust focus and maybe your aperture... adjusting your shutter speed isn't a good idea in the middle of recording video. That's just a little advice from someone who has been doing this for a while.
