Wow, thanks for the tour. It's great for we Americans to see how others live; real people, not TV people. And, thanks for subcribing to my videos. I appreciate it.
Sounds like you are doing more with your life than me.All I do is play video games and mess around on the internet.(When I'm not busting my ass 40-50 hours a week at my job.)
but I'm a student..? Sure there are better apartments, and I guess I could afford a slightly bigger one but here's the thing with japanese apts; you gotta pay something called key money, a one-time fee of mostly one or two months rent, then deposit for two to three months rent, and an insurance fee of one months rent
and the first months regular rent, so you basically have to pay usually 5-6 months rent worth of money just moving into your apt. And that adds up to a whole lot :/ And I could move into this apt with just starting to pay only the bill straight away, so I got a good deal, would be stupid to have turned it down
300 dollar per month, ok you cannot find anything in London or Paris for that price. Minimum for a studio is 1000 dollars a month in London or Paris. I admit it's unbelievable to live in such an appartment. Good Luck.
