  • Wheres the damn drum solo!?

  • RIP freddie mercury.....AIDS took him down in his prime.......The best front man ever.....voice is legendary

  • FRED IS NOT DEAD

  • 2:52 to 3:09 .... God Brian God !

  • Best live version I've heard and Freddie remembered the lrics :-)

  • Some of my favorite Queen videos are when John Deacon not only rocks (always does) but moves around a bit. Seen them 7 times and the rest of the band always moved around and were so full of energy. When he does too they were really AMAZING. Best live band ever in my opinion

  • may robbie williams reach freddie mercury?

  • @australia007queen almost, not quite but almost lol

  • @australia007queen no fucking way!!

  • @TheJumpyPopcorn

i'm not joking,i think that Robbie Williams is a Showman

Freddie Mercury is not only famous for voice but for many things all together

    anyhow in my honest opinion

    Kiss from Melbourne

  • It seemed to me that there was a lot of talent competition in Queen, and probably that 's one of the things that made this band so great live. In this video, for instance, Brian goes gets another guitar and John takes the chance to perform his tricky bass solo, Freddie replaces the guitar absence with his voice, but brian immediately interrupts them both. yet Roger and John keep the beat in perfect harmony..AWSOME! QUEEN RULES!

  • PAUSE AT 1:03 I SEE A BALD SPOT!!! OH GOD NOOOO!!!

  • Luckily Brian had his string snapped, so it's get a little time for John to do his bass solo lol

  • bass is simply and very powerfull but not so inventive...creative.

  • from a basic band, drums, bass, guitar, vocals ....queen is the best, most cohesive band...then they can change vocals, leads, and style....the best band ever..maybe..

  • no one comes close this man...

  • After seeing most of the live versions of this song from this time, tt's really cool how they never played it the same way everytime like a jukebox.

  • "go pretty boy!go!"haha like that!

roger is soo amazing!and of course the rest of the band. i love the 2:46 - 2:49

  • Brian May composed the bass line.

  • Not really....Brian edit the other 3 members improvisations and add a hard guitar chords....

  • i love bass line!! tu ru tu ru tu ru tu tu ru tu ru tu tu :)

  • freddie rules and always will love you freddie

  • the MOST underrated bass player in rock history...JOHN DEACON.....dude always had great tone andknew how to play spot on.....plus he has some of the most recognizable bass riffs ever....

  • That's an absolute truth. JOHN DEACON - the MOST underrated bass player. He is a great performer, the songs he wrote were all hits.

  • @Spuger59 Damn right. Shame he is now out of the business.

  • When you hear this, and then listen to The Miracle, Invisible Man, or even Bohemian Rhapsody, you realise really how diverse they were. Freddie, we love you, we miss you, and most of us worship you and you're music to this day....

  • Roger Rules!!!!! And John. Brian ad Freddie too hehe.

    PS: Nice guitars, Brian, hehe

  • up untill 1:00 the music sounds like something out of a spyro game

  • the second guitar of brian is not the red special is almnoust the same but this is yelow

  • Yeah, cause some strings from the original RS snapped in the middle o' the song.

  • ive seen him change his guitar for the solo few times though

  • must be the yellow special then

  • That is what should be called ROCKING

  • that what it should be called SCREAMING LIKE A MAD!

  • amazing perfromance,Best life version of Dragon attack ,i think.

  • tune!

  • Dear Queens of Jonas,

the only thing different between those two bands is that one Rocks and the other is a bunch of fags in 2009. Think Richard Wright 2008's Great Gig in The Sky!

    Sincerely,

Conservative Heterosexual Caucasian Republican Veteran Cosmic Rocker

  • Queen has never been credited in their musical creativity....John,roger,brian,freddie together were queen....all were writing and contributing to Queen Albums....

  • john deacon never dances or smiles or laughs, but is still so cool! it's like he's magic lol

  • sure he does...he moves around and dances like all the other guys do

  • Check out the montreal show, he do some dancing on camera

On action this Day he jumps to the beat

    :)

  • he so sexy!!!!

  • GRANDE JOHN!!!! IL MIGLIORE

  • It could be considered a good thing Brian broke his string, as it allowed John to fill in with his bass solo, the only time he did. And even though it's completely spontaneous, he still nails it. Amazing.

  • Freddie Mercury & Robert Plant are 2 of the

best.I have seen bar bands that could do some damn good Led Zeppelin & Plants vocals. When it

    comes to imitating Freddie's vocals it's a

whole different ball game.Paul Rodgers of Bad

Company is a damn good singer but,he couldn't

do justice to Freddie when he tored with Queen

But,Paul Rodgers made some damn good music in

the Firm.He had Jimmy Page on guitar & Chris

Slade on the drums who is damn good & linke to

    5 different bands.

  • John Deacon, grossly underrated.

  • best musicians in the world!

  • nice quality

  • My favorite song, it rocks!!!

  • Damn Good!

    HOT!

  • John`s bass is fucking godlike

  • r u fuckin nuts

  • no, he REALLY broke the strings.

  • y porque tomar esa guitar en vez de otra red special?? si tienen varias de repuesto ahi **

  • ué, pq ele quis escolher essa ué! o.O

se ele tem varios modelos de guitarra pra que usar só red special?

  • at 2:39 Brian had to switch guitars he broke 2 strings on his red special

  • Yeh but he had to stop for the bass solo aswell..

  • El Sonido del Bajo de John es Incomparable!

de igual forma Roger en la Bateria

    la Guitarra de Brian

    y la Voz de Freddie!!

    Queen es lo mejor!!

    y en vivo eran incomparables!!

    Queen forever!!!

  • This song is so amazing live...damn Freddie is good. And this song jams so unbelievably hard. Oh, and the B S below this post about Justin Hawkins replacing Freddie? Hahaha...whatever. They actually considered him for their current tours but they chose Paul Rodgers. PAUL RODGERS! That shows how much faith Brian and Roger have in f-ing Justin Hawkins. Hawkins can't even stay sober enough to sing for his own band, let alone replace the greatest frontman and singer the world has ever seen.

  • Deacon and Taylor were fucking solid.

  • never heard of him, n everyone is a quite shitty replacement for freddie. george michael would be a treat to hear now and again though.

  • What is the red and white jackets that freddie has called? i really want to buy an equal version! they look so fucking awesome!!!! anyone help a desperate bloke out????? =) great performance!

  • All those dumb idiots who are thumbing me down dont even know what im saying. Im not calling Queen the worst band, im calling Jonas brothers the worst band

  • gosh... what can you say? these guys are... genius!

  • HaHaHaHa.. no.

  • who the hell is justin hawkins?

  • The guy with the fucked of face from The Darkness, I like the darkness but he Freddie was is in a completely different league

  • cookiedough u r a thick cunt

  • Or how about no.

  • tienes el rov montreal el de flash y the hero

  • Deacy FTW

  • spettacolo di canzone

  • I LOVE THIS SONG

  • 2:46-2:49 is some pretty awesome bass playing ;)

  • the game is easly one of their best

  • perfect

  • its one of the best Queen rock tracks ever

  • Great bass line too

  • I think this song is better live than on the record.

  • I agree, the version on The Game is pretty shit but its a classic live

  • I don´t hink it´s shit. It´s just slower, and a little bit more complex.

  • I love this riff.

  • this is one groovy mother of a tune, rock it, rock it!!!!

  • John Deacon is such a badass for writing this song

  • Actually Brian wrote this song!

  • AMAZING guitar and drums in this - LOVE THIS SONG! From "The Game"- one of my favs. Freddie's gone, but the music lives forever. Thanks! I think I've seen those tight pants and vests on a new boy band...even the bandanna!!

  • Queen and Freddie were so hot then, one of the best bands ever!

  • I think Roger and Freddie were on fire that night

  • why?

  • well... freddie's vocals are extremely powerful and heart-felt (even though, as we all know, he often had problems with his vocal chords), while roger seems to have unending energy and his fills are very colourful (not that i know much about drumming...). i think all this is most easy to see not here, but on somebody to love, that same night... i just posted it here because one day i was on a live at the bowl binge and i finally got overwhelmed on this song and just had to say something :)

  • Roger is always filled with that "energy" ;) And Freddie... yeah, maybe.

  • Watching Queen live I became a huge Roger Taylor fan. He did almost as much singing as Freddie and doing that while doing his terrific drumming, which is physically very demanding in itself, is an accomplishment one does not see much. I don`t think though that Freddie`s voice problems qualify as "often". Most of the time he was fantastic.

  • I totally agree with you. Roger is a brilliant drummer and a extraordinary singer. Once he said that it was a "nightmare" doing it at the same time. Well he did it often and how good he was at it! I think he is underrated to this day because, well, you know how attractive he was at the time...

  • LOL...I couldn`t help but notice. Another reason I think is that he is not some pain-in-the-a**-show-off-drummer who only wants to bring across his own skills. He realizes that as part of a group he has to drum as such. He always seems to do what`s best for the song, that`s where his true genius lies.

  • Definitely. He plays for the team, yeah. Brian said that his drumming was like a canvas where he coud paint as he pleases. What a great bunch of musicians they are, huh?

  • Since when has it been a part of music to not be a part in a team?

Not to set anyone off, but I was just wondering as this seems to be the thing all around me.

Queen definitely rocks, but where is the music now?

  • everywhere. Their rock tunes are at almost every sport event since they write we will rock you and we are the champions. In movies, games and even in the idol series, they have a queen week every once in a while. Their music actually is everywhere.

  • FANTASTICI E UNICI..INIMITABILI!!!

  • don't ever fuck with freddie------this man could shake the f-in house to the ground with a couple of AAAhhhs, ooooooh yeahhhhhhh, and a strong UUUHHHHH- i love freddie mercury and queen--- AIDS took you down in your prime, but your voice will out live us all --- good post

  • Queen rock kick ass!! just incredible. this band is one of the best in the rock and roll history , have the best singer in the history and a guitar god, john and roger have great talents too!!

  • When I hadn´t heard hot space yet, I´d say that it´s the worst queen album. Of course, after I heard it, I realised that queen don´t even have one bad album! they´re all great

  • kicks ass

  • <3 deacon

  • Of course you are.

  • AWESOME

  • what is this song about btw? can someone tell me?

it's freakin cool. played one night out at a bar on the 2nd best night out (day b4 thanksgiving)and even some cool hot chics i could see were into it.

  • Well, as far as I know it's about a female dragon.

Johnnie is so good on this one. Look his fingers fly at his solo.

  • so many queen fans slated hot space....how forward thinking were queen...eat your words guys!!!

  • Dragon Attack is from The Game

but Hot Space is great, too...

  • I dig the bass by John Deacon. I cranked this song on my 5.1 stereo and the walls rattled from my woofer. Great bassmanship!

  • Totally wicked bass line!! John was sooo understated but such a great bassist.

  • love the drums intro!

  • OMG, Roger, that was intense. Heavy, raw, extraordinary.

  • Gamaei!!!
