He got Mirror Wall from the Destiny Draw, when you're doing really bad and in a hard situation, it gives you a good card to play to help you out.

when one of your monsters gets promoted, edit your deck and press square for the promoted monster to get out of your deck, then press start to put him as the deck leader (you might need to use square to put the deck leader out of deck first, i forgot)

if you want to know how to get the BEWD, watch my HowTo RAIGEKI, clip, there's a bonus clip how to get him. A Video about destiny draw? Hmmm... well, the cards you receive in destiny draw will be only available for that one duel. In other words it's just a temporary helping out card that you won't receive for future duels..... except the opponent has used it, then there might be a small chance to get it in the slot machine. But i could make a short clip how to get destiny draw.
