I get an Vw GOL "kind of mk1 Golf" and turn it on from 8v 1.6 little crap to a more acceptable 2.0 16v and I can make more horses than any VR6 out there.. VR6`s sounds pretty damn nice but you cannot achieve as much power as you can with a 16v 4cyl. I didn`t dyno`ed yet but I think its around 500/550HP right now on pump gas running at 25psi; nice ride you got there anyway Congrats!!

hmm forgot I made this video. Yeah this car was ok. It was a garret T25BB turbo. Yeah you can turbo ne thing for less than you think... if you have welding equip a shop a ton of tools... The exhaust I had custom made and then just welded that bumble bee tuna can on the end of it. I liked the black chrome. I've got a 06' 2.0T GTI it's not ne faster than this one.

ppl. you can turbo anything. just find the parts. dont buy a kit, it will be better and more powerfull without a kit if done right. and stop boosting 2.0's just get a vr6 and make 400+ like im in the midst of doing.

Is that the 1.8t, or did you find an OEM turbo for the 2.0. I can't find a 2.0 turbo, justa neuspeed supercharger for mine.

it's the 2L ABA engine that most likely came in the car.. they did not have turbos, he either custom made his own kit or bought a kit from a company like kinetic motorsports. if you know what you're doing, custom kits can be easy depending on the setup you choose, if you don't know a whole lot, the kits from kinetics are pretty straight forward and just need to be installed.
