Am I the only one to find it highly ironic that usually people complain about American cars having big low HP/L engines but the SSC has a 6.3L twin turbo V8 making 1180HP and the new Veyron has a 8L quad turbo W16 making 1200HP and I don’t see those same people complaining about the Veyron? I see a staggering amount of praise dumped on the Veyron here on youtube and people making ridiculous comparisons using that car to cars like the ZR1. wtf?

Bhp : break horsepower or horsepower at the crankshaft.

Rwhp : rear wheel horsepower. That’s hp at the rear wheels which is lower than hp at the crankshaft because some hp is lost in the transmission, driveline, differential, and axles.
