They aren't selling the software on the disks, but rather a way to get the software, say if you're internet connection is dead due to a virus and you don't have a thumbdrive to transfer the files
I couldn't help but laughing at the people calling freeware a GNU License software. Especially when Utorrent specifically says that it's.....Not For Commercial Use. Read the first line of the agreement people LoL. Some people aren't that bright.
If I had free-ware sold like this I wouldn't mind if it was sold but only if it broke even with maybe a few extra cents on top. At least they aren't charging ridiculous amounts.
uTorrent is freeware. Freeware is not available for selling. It's in the EULA. End User License Agreement. The only freeware that is allowed to be sold is not called freeware, it's called shareware. So what they are doing IS illegal. Read the license agreements.
you know for someone who suggests to others to "read the licence" you not too get at taking your own advice are you and READING MY POST! i said if the software is under the GNU LICENCE it is PERFECTLY LEGAL to copy, re-distrubute and charge for!, besides in your own video description youve said "i dont know if its legal or not" & also "i wanna report or bribe them" and now you lecturing me about legality???? get it up ye! tosser!
well... sadly is does not relly matter if you approve or not buddy the fact of the matter is under the gnu licence it is legal, so they are perfectly within the law, good on them i say!

They're not selling the software... they're selling the service of having it put on to disc for the customer. A lot of people don't feel comfortable doing it themselves. I think it's great to finally see some of these programs in the stores getting recognition... does the average user know about most of these? No.
where is the store compa
