Yes baboons have an aggressive behaviour, but they evolved that behaviour too defend themselves from humans,lions.Leopards,Hyenas, wild dogs, ect, and besides baboons have no problem with us aslong as you leave them alone. If we only led more physical lives, our agility would almost match the chimp's and humans have the potential to be stronger and more vicious than the chimp OR the baboon. We're also smarter.

Baboons are more dangerous because of their fangs, but it's their primary weapon and they rely a bit too much on it.

A old large male baboon would beat a male chimp, chimps are stronger, bigger heavier amd smarter, and thats one problem, it thinks too much and dont like feeling pain or getting hurt, they are bullies and atack defensiless animals. Baboons are smaller, lighter, faster and much dumber, that means they dont think a lot and will atack with disregard, they are way more agressive and ferocious than chimps, one baboon bite would send the chimp running for dear life. Chimps never hunt baboon.

Chimps are way stronger than baboons and much more intelligent. The female was most concerned with protecting her baby. Yes baboons have very long fangs but are no way as strong as chimps. Take the largest baboon and the largest chimp (200lbs or more) and there would not even be an argument. The male baboon would run as they always have.

Oh, that muscular black dude *definitely* can't take on a chimp. Their upper-body strength is said to be about 4 to 8 times larger than an average human. I can't paste links, but you can just google it. They let a chimp pull a weight, without any effort it pulled over 500kg with one arm (1200+ pounds).
