@rhomis I forget the exact name of it, but it is a tool for scoring cement board and drywall. You can find it in the tool crib area of any large home improvement center store.

How about a drill bit for that hole, be a lot cleaner then that other way, your way slower too.. what the heck is going on at that job site? Hmm!
