@charlestoned if you mean your registration is off (the printing too high or too low on the label), there are a few reasons, firstly, the print is supposed to be at the bottom of the label to allow for custom printing at the top. Second, if the print is all over the place (too high, then too low etc.) it is possible that you may have the wrong labels. Please feel free to call Kenco at 800-537-3336.
