Well I have ADD/Dislexia I have a big goal to become a Doctor my whole life I been told I cant do this I cant do that .. Been called a idiot through the years in school or my friends wouldnt take me that seriously . And my confidence was shot thinking I could never be successful Im 33 years old Im a personal trainer been doing it for 13 years I love the health field but I want something more challenging .. I want to prove this to myself and my Family I can become a Doctor and help people .

Speaking from my experience with the condition, it's really refreshing to see someone in the medical field describe it as a trait rather than a disability or disease. I would recommend Dr. Hallowell's books to anyone with ADHD or lives with someone who has it. Thank you Doc!
