My teacher from my animal training course gave it to me, but try a pets paradise store they sell it also in some, if there is a pets paradise there, try different pet shops or even online.
It probably took me about 30 minutes, but i only teach him 10-20 minutes a day because he gets bored. It is clicker training :) I used the treat as a lure and made him spin a circle to get to the treat while saying "spin" and clicked. Then i put a hand signal to it when he got what i wanted him to do. Vuola

hey did it take long to teach him that? I Just bought my green cheek 2 weeks ago. But he seems pretty smart. Clicker training?
