My neighbor who is 87 says he laughs when they show floods on CNN or MSNBC as if it never has happened before. It is very difficult for nations to approach the problem without the U.S., the biggest economic and per capita carbon emissions leader following along. India, China, and Russia are developing countries, and thus it it more difficult to approach these problems at the current time. Buffet knows how to make money. It doesn't matter which way the economy is going to him, he makes money either way. He just has to know which way it's going and how fast. This is why he endorsed 0bama; to destroy the economy and make more money. He'll make money after 2012 with the Republican President as well.
