I have seen them live before. they are actually this good live. and it's NOT lipsyncing! =] you can tell by how they echo and how it's slightly different at some parts.
listen to him acoustically life hes just a perfect pitched bastard...and to prove theres a mistake on the solo, just watch...i know people has forgotten how music use to be just by listenning to autotune shit but there are actually people outthere that can get the job done...plus u can hear him breath...unlike the album
Some singers get shit for sounding to perfect live, Like Amy Lee of Evanescence. Chad's voice is just THAT good, I have seen other live videos and he sounds SO much like the album but I can tell it's him singing LIVE, another band is Trivium, their new album has pretty much no effects, besides a wah pedal for the guitars and they sound perfect live with their new 18 songs on the album In Waves. They play it just like they do on the album, this is LIVE.
they're performing this, when they recorded dark horse this was one of them that they had written and played a while already so they recorded it almost to the t of how they play it live and they did the same here

The sound is probably either the floor seats or just NB's set up. Of all the videos I've watched on YouTube, the ones from the floor have the crappiest sound. My camera, from the cheap seats, had great sound (and is not a fancy camera).
