Great job man. I also lost over a 100 pounds.. started agt 265 (I'm 5'9") and now I'm at and now I'm at 160. I hit a plateau around 175 pounds and stayed there for around 4 months. Once I made my exercise alot more rigourous (running 70 miles a week), then the pounds started melting off again. My ultimate goal is 140. I know you made this video a while ago, but keep it up!!

Although it was still alot lighter than your initial weight, it was very heavy for me i had about 45% body fat on me, not much muscle underneath. i'm 6'1 but medium frame... anyhow, through tough exercise (mainly jogging and cardio) and strict diet i lost 65 lbs and now am 183 lbs of virtually NO BODY FAT, lol. I love it!!!

Yea i was eating at least 5-6 meals, 3 main courses and 2-3 small snacks like an apple, or some yogurt, something like that, or maybe even a small side salad, keep each one of those small side meals to around 250 calories. Another good choice is beef jerky.

Oh yea if you exercise everyday you will definitely lose more weight because your creating a bigger calorie deficit. Try to take at least 1 day off per week tho, its just good for your body.

Hey hows it going? First you have to find out what your maintenance caloric level is, that means how many calories you have to consume everyday just to maintain your weight. Since you have a bit of weight to lose, you want to cut your calories by about 1000 per day and burn an extra 500 through exercise so thats a calorie deficit of 1500 per day. I ate around 2000-2250 per day, so that might be good for you to. Yea the only exercise i did was treadmill on incline.
I'm 5.5 (I'm a handsome latino guy) and reached 211. I was so fkg depressed.
So exactly 28 day ago, I said enough and hit the gym. I'm right now 188 ( I lost 23 pounds already. Happy! But it takes so much determination with the diet and excersicing. Jesus Christ!!!!
I exercise 3 hours, 6 days a week (only cardio, for now) and just count the caloies I eat. It's working ;) The best machine for me is the rolling stairs ( I sweat there for 60 min) I have 40 more to go... but I'll keep you updated.

i'm right at 275, i want to lose 70 or 90 pounds, i'm tryignt o work on, but not exactly sure what to do.i've been working out, trying to eat healthy, completely quit drinking soda, like 3 weeks ago. i did lose forty pounds boxing a year or two ago, but i can't anymore because i cut my arm really bad. i'm thinking about eatting oats when i get hungry in between and excersing everyday when i get my strength back, and i'm gonna hook up my WII : }

Good shit bro i have been on a weight loss program my self and since dec. of 08 i have lost 95lbs... and ill i did was change my eating habits, and working out... i love working out and going out and haveing fun... no more video games and shit
