I agree with "UppinDisma". Takagi Masakatsu is not the only artist in Japan. He's one of those who somehow became popular overseas... He's just a "Not bad" kind of artist. Dig more into Japanese culture! then you'll find better artists:-)

Yes, he did.

His style is different from other artists. Instead of commercial bands and artists who record the song, then make a music video out of it, Masakatsu does the exact opposite. He makes the music video first, and then, from that, composes the music.
