We are smart, multi language, we know the difference between someone who speaks Spanish and someone who speaks Itallian... You can't even hear the difference between the Dutch and German language...
Maar verder wel een leuk filmpje, ik was in Tsjechie toen ik het op de Duitse TV (sateliet) zag... wist eerst niet dat ze nog gemaakt werden, vond het wel erg jammer dat ze uit productie gingen! :(
Yup, I thought the same thing here in Mexico. But you know, when the Chevy came (a small car made by Opel) was the begining of the end for the bug. Just because of the Chevy had air conditioner, hydraulic stearing, more space and it was faster.
Still I think a bug is a bug and nothing compares with that nice and friendly looking car. And of course, there were lots of things we could have improoved (like a 100 amp alternator). That's why i´m keeping my bug, I love it!...
The language is Dutch, not German. There is a reference indeed, where she explains that it was actually Hitler who ordered production of the KdF Wagen, or beetle...
I think instead of producing the new beetle vw should make these again, but with things like air conditioning and power steering as option.
Because they are a lot more retro than the new beetles.

Sorry, never liked the language.
German sounds sharp, very direct, Dutch sounds like you are trying to talk with about 20 marbles in your mouth.

I'll shut my mouth, and have another marble...

@HUMMFREAK The hell you can't, there is a BIG difference between the sound of German and Dutch.
I never said the Dutch were intelligent, I said the language sounded awful.

From 0:41 the language is German. Before it's Dutch. Not a very big difference.
