well I will certainly be up for it whenever it occurs. I shall keep my eyes open on the newsletter. but i would def try talking to dan at the white rabbit as its pretty popular and its an alright size. although truly i'd like to see another night at the hub!
hey si, yeah I know, but there is NO WHERE in Plymouth. Ride is too small, Quay Club is a pole dance joint, bus station venue???? uummm, Favela is a dive. I'm stumped unless there's a new venue that I don't know about...
the rabbit would make a fairly good venue. My mate al is saying flavela could be a good venue if it improved its soundsystem. its got a good roof garden/smoking area where they sometimes do bbq's as well. All i know is jelly jazz was the best night in plymouth and its still my favourite nights of all time. If it wasnt for you guys i wouldnt have heard half the funk & soul i listen to now and i prob wouldnt have had a chance to see acts like the bamboos, format and ugly duckling.
I had great fun with Jelly Jazz 17th Birthday at The Angel (Exeter). Excellent fun. Looking forward to the next night!
