  • very nice work

  • wow man nice. how did you mold the lexan like that?

  • nice but your baja hotrods are better

  • awesome! you should put a fake fuel tank on the front

  • dont get me wrong thats wicked sick in everyway but y are the back wheels like cocked in

  • Sick dude !!

  • @harrytyzard thanks

  • a candy apple red would be hot...nice tho...check my site..comment

  • Looks great man! I know you said you had something like this in th pipeline. Very cool.

  • not sure why you have gasser in title, that means gasoline powered.anyway nice ride

  • @cooptroop123 look it up here on you tube. It's what they called dragsters that looked like this.

  • @jbs127845 Gassers weren't a body style it was a suspension setup. Straight axle in front witch raised it and lower the back as far as you could.

  • @cooptroop123 gasser is a old style of dragster they had back in the 50s to 70s

  • @cooptroop123 a gasser is a certain style of hotrod

  • @cooptroop123 gasser is a type of drag car from the earlier days. That is a "gasser" replica.

  • hey i likes it alot and one questoin who makes the front rims

  • Ok, that's absolutely sick! A great lookin rod

  • @charlitunaman2002 thanks alot man

  • @92MustangLover goodlluck with that...fiberglass...carbon fiber..both are terrible in as crash....both are very time consuming to make and you could not mass produce them. They would be very expensive and no one would buy them...you also cannot sell any auto makers design or they will sue you. Do some research before you talk out of your ass again....and goodluck jackass.......

  • i want to see it running

  • @keith42085 me too...... The bigger tires really screwed up the speed controller. I still have to get a bigger one to handle the extra load. The car is really sick looking

  • KoRn!!!

  • Well everyone has their own opinion. Im so glad you took the time to tell me yours......Let see you make one.

  • dude thats freaking awesome!! you must have alot of spare time

  • It does, but I also make some really good money selling them. I sell my Ratrod kit on DDM Daves Discount Motors website in the upgrades section.

  • sweet sweet i just might have to buy one

  • couperod.

  • would that fit the nitro sport??????

  • It would fit if you extended the frame 4 inches. The stock wheel base is too short

  • so u sell them????if so, how much?????

  • This was a custom build and I dont have anything prepared to start selling them. Just curious, what would you be willing to pay?

  • it is for my friend...i guess 75$

  • that is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Thanks

  • That is a superb representation of the Coupe style! :-o I'm going to have to check out the shop. B-)

    5/5

  • That body is amazing. How on earth did you make it? Did you carve the shape first, then vacuum-mould the lexan onto it?

  • Thanks. I make molds out of MDF wood, then vacuum form lexan over the mold. I made my own vacuum form machine and heat the lexan in my oven. Its really not that hard once you figure out the process. I learned how from Your tube. I have a business selling HPI baja 5b Ratrod bodies on Daves Discount Motors website under the baja 5b upgrades section. check out my other custom bodies Ive made.

  • omg thats amazing man!! it dont even look like a rustler anymore XD

let me guess...are those wheels off a schumacher havoc?

  • Thanks. I forget what brand they are. I just went to Hobby town usa and found some that match.

  • Haha no probz mate :D, i might get some they look bloody mint!! loving the shell too! i wanted to try make a Mini shell out of paper mache and model rock but it was a complete and soggy disaster XD

  • Sweet! But , you should have went with Panther Street burner slicks. It would have hooked up great. But Everything else is badass. Check out My Rustler VXL vids!

  • Thanks. Yea, I wanted slicks but these were all they had at the hobby shop.
