  • i hope the next time u feed the snake like that i hope the mpuse pops out of the box and on to the floor

  • you´re soo stupid¡¡¡¡

that kind of snakes can confuse your hand, poor of you, i feel so bad when you get your hand into the terrarium and the snake pick up your hand

  • poor mouse :(

  • @DTonesXD yeah i agree

  • that is not a 7 month boa

  • lol he was really ready to be fed! also, how big is he in this vid? i have an 8 month old colombian boa and hes about 28.5 in

  • Aww, too bad we can't give you a "5" any more, that was one class grab (strike?)!

  • nice snake. cant wait to get my own boa :)

  • Great looking set up :)

  • i hope you reborn a lab mouse in your next life!

  • @enriquemoon Enrique, and I hope you are reborn a moral person if there is a next life (which I seriously doubt). How can you wish for killing and jump up-and-down against killing all in the same breath?

  • @enriquemoon well then i hope your reborn as a beef com on an american farm so u can get slaughtered alot more violently then this, your contradicting yourself because some time in your life im sure you've eaten meat, do uk what they do to animals befor slaughter? they are usually tortured exstensivly because the adrenalin makes the meat more tender, so go learn the circle of life befor u comment on it

  • damn he huge for 7 months

  • LOL the other rats in the box are like... "Shit! Where'd Bob go?"

  • lol really funny lol

  • dude i laughed for like 15 min about ur comment on bob the rat lmfao

  • lol that's just my personality lol

  • haha i guess so

  • hahaha nice man and prob true haha

  • hahahaha. good one. i laughed for a wile

  • this guy is a retarted retard

  • nooo way!!! that boa is not 7 months mines is about the same age and its not even near that.

  • it depends on the volume of the habitat you make it live in

  • Actually that's not true... your thinking of fish. Snakes grow regardless of the size of their enclosure. You could have a columbian boa in a 20 gal tank and give it regular feedings and it WILL out grow the enclosure. The way it works is, it depends on how often the snake is fed. The more you feed the snake the faster it grows, the less you feed the snake the less it grows. If you don't believe me look it up. I use to think that snakes would only grow as big as their enclosure too.

  • oh well thanks for telling me i just checked it out :)

  • No, it is possible for it to be 7 months. If it is 7 months the only way it could be that big at that age is that it must have been power fed. Other than that and if it wasn't power fed then he must have got the age wrong.

  • badd ass video bro

  • holy shit!!that was close

  • your eventually gonna end up with a mouse/rat stickin its teeth in your snake, makin it one ugly snake. Thats always the risk guys not the is it nice is it not nice debate but the FACT that the animal you care about could be hurt.

  • hey where did u get ur cage and is it big enough for an adult?

  • Nice idea but not responsible I agree. Of course it looked cool but that had DANGER written all over it for owner and snake. I own 2 boas and I feed them frozen rats now feeding live is not recommended but if you do then you shouldnt let a snake stick his head with 2 mice in the box! Its unsafe! Cool video though but again not a good idea!

  • @gvader mice that small are not even close to a threat for that snale their teeht wouldnt be able to penetrae skin of a snake

  • I guess your right and also it did happen too fast.

  • have kept snakes since fuck knows when, this is a shit irresponsible way to feed your snakes, This guy is running the serious risk of getting bitten,an idiot.

  • your a moron he feeds his snake fine you dumbass

  • damn straight

  • wot a twat

  • Lovely boa.

Although you are asking to get tagged feeding that way.

Sets a bad exmaple for others.

  • NOOOOOO! mousieee ):

  • squeeze the fun out of it

  • next time he might catch you dick... please, show us that tape.... thanx.

  • the live prey fed to snakes are called feeder mice or rats and are bred to be used for just that purpose to be feeder mice or rats, maybe some of you on here leaving negative comments to a responsible snake owner who knows what he is doing should do a little research first!! i have i spent the last 15 yrs studying herpetology!! and for those who put bad comments and havnt a clue what herpetology is!! DONT COMMENT!!!

  • what is herpetology :3?

  • CHOMP!

  • yaaay my boa con imperator is going to eat soon too <3

  • Live feeding isn't the best way to go man,

  • i cant wait until i feed mine live mice

  • if you live feed your snake will have a chance of catching geerms on the rat but if you buy frozen ones all the germs will be dead

  • very nice vid :)

    georgous snake :D

  • its like a pick n mix stand for snakes lol

  • that is awesome :P how u fed it :P letting the snake choose xD smart

  • mouse didn't see that comming eh lol

  • that is bad asss

  • Both arguments are true. It's nature, the snakes eats the mouse. Nothing out of the ordinary. Mostly all snake diets consist of mice, birds and other small prey.

It's not nature because both animals are under mankind rule. With that said, the snake is much better off under mankind rule than in the wild. Snakes in the wild don't last very long. They get prey on by others and new Born's hardly grow up to adulthood.

  • Also, it' not like he is feeding the snake a puppy. They breed mice for this purpose. I don't mind people finding this harsh. It's not the best fate in the world. Though, it's a way of life.

Do you guys get all rowdy when you run into an a exterminator? ( for those who find this totally inappropriate)

  • stop fuckin crying you bitchs you eat hamburgers so shut your fuckin pie hole.

and mabey you hsould fead it rats those mice are to small for it

  • stop fuckin crying you bitchs you eat hamburgers so shut your fuckin pie hole.

and mabey you hsould fead it rats those mice are to small for it

  • send me all two the mouses and this nice snake....ahahha...I love to kills all this shit animals. LOOK MY NICE VIDEOS

  • if you thing eats another...its nature even in a controled environment. if it were meant to be different, the prey would come out on top.

  • In nature the prey has come out on top many of times. Don't forget snakes are prey to other animals also and nothing is natural when we bring any animal into our homes. Of course captive snake comes out on top all the time. It's given domesticated prey which is not the same as wild prey and the owner will defend the snake if it's being harmed. That too isn't likely because the prey is not aggressive because of the domestication. A replica of nature? Not at all.

  • Its nature for the snake and mouse but not for the owner but still atleast its not a rabbit or somtin

  • he is only 7 month old my snake is almost two years and is about the same size????

  • woh that is cool.

    Nice clip.

    Kinda nature but not.

  • why the fuck dont all you guys quite argueing about what is right and what is wrong. who gives a shit!! its soo fucking annoying listening to all you pussies complain about " the poor little mouseyyy" just shut the fuck up> you arent going to stop the people who feed there snakes live foood soo stop wasting your time. pussies

  • omg yes ppl are so fuckign annoyign saying its wrong and they cant do shit and its just nature its how its supposed to be.

  • This is not nature asshole. Extreme predators of this magnitude weren't put on this planet to be caged up to be used in this way. Dude, you one ignorant fuckin' moron. This isn't how it's ssupposed to be.

  • dont call me an ignorant fuck, ur the piece of shit. snkaes live better lives then in the wild they have predators and shit. ur a faggot bitch

  • You say, In the wild they have predators and "shit". What does that mean.."and shit?". Yeah, they have predators in the wild. That's nature dude, it's how it's supposed to be. This crap here isn't.

  • snakes in captivity become the head predator

  • Your wrong dude..the owner becomes the head predator. You can defend all you want for your bloodlust addictions. Playing around with nature in this way is ethically wrong and not in line with the laws of nature.

  • it isnt ethically wrong and how do i or other owners become head predaotr? and i dont do it becuase i want o see it kill a damn mouse/rat i do it to feed my snake not bloodlust

  • I totally agree

  • some people make me laugh!! it is natural snake behavior to eat live prey!! and by offering live prey this owner is enriching the live of the snake. so how can you complain!! bet you dont all complain when you watch a documentry on tv of a lion hunting a gazelle!!! you dont like it DONT WATCH AND NEVER GET A SNAKE!!!

  • dede u have it beside ur bed?

  • Cool Video keep it up man

  • Nice looking snake you got there

  • nice vid

  • he ate stewert little

  • does anybody that posts comments about these great videos educated at all learn to fucking spell and have better sentence structure and snakes eating rodents and pigs or whatever is life they are all at the bottom of the food chain get over it and move bitches

  • omg u guys are hipies its nature it doesnt matter if the mice has a chance ur not besides thats one way the snake cant get bitten and it prob dont eat frozen thawed mice ever thought bout that?

  • It can be trained. More Responsible snakes owners feed p/k than live. This here is for entertainment only...cruel and unnecessary.

  • it is nature damnit..snakes eat live rats/mice get over it...

  • your a sick bastard u know tht, why post a video on youtube of a snake eating a mouse, and your text ( couldn't wait) u fed it the mouse and wer waiting for it to eat the mouse, sicko....

  • my pit bull can kill that snake and you!!!

  • why have these feeder mice got less sharper teeth or do they run as fast wots the difference your still taking away it life

  • yeah, but in the wild they have a chance to get away, what ur doing they havnt got that chance

  • Go hug a tree.

  • no....in the wild they wouldnt hve a chance to get away,

  • You don't know that. Many of rats and other rodents have beaten a snake in the wild. A wild rat would have most likely done some damange to the snake. They're makeup is quite different from the "feeder rats" as you call them. Rats that you get from a pet store or breeder have had the wild gene bred out. They don't behave in the same way as a wild rat and are more docile.

  • so what your saying is the rats from a pet store are breed to be eaten? i mean if they arent normal rats than that must be their sole purpose in life

  • wow thats an awesome way to feed. im gonna try that. im gonna sue gloves tho lol.

  • I assume from the mouse's perspective, it sucks to be on the bottom of the food chain.

  • you're all retarded. letting your pet starve to death is abuse. animals eat other animals in the wild all the time. it's called nature. you, yourself eat cows, pigs, and chicken all the time. someone has to kill it to put it in your plate. cows are mass produced to feed humans and feeder mice are mass produced to feed snakes. if you had a pet, would you let it starve to death? that would be gay.

  • exactly. :)

  • i have had everyone in my family argue with me about me feeding my snake live food, everyone gets pissed because its "not natural" so i understand where you are coming from PATCH, but with my experience in snakes, we do not get some sort of excitment feeding it live mice, its simply for the fact of the nutrient that are in the mice....

  • Why live? people are saying it's cruel to manipulate nature and all that crap... is keeping a snake in a fucking tank not more cruel than feeding it a dead mouse opposed to live? Thick cunt.

  • You, go fuck a tree. Splinter dick.

  • Bet you'd be good company on a night out you sociable son of a gun! How can one person be so fucking funny?

  • this is not natural because the person made the snake eat the mouse.thats what is called a pet abuse.

  • The mice aren't pets. They're food.

  • u idiot mice arent food there pets, food?i mean thats only in wild not someone getting a mouse from a box and droping in so a boa can eat it.think alittle next time please

  • Let's think a little about our grammar next time.

    According to Wikipedia:

A pet or companion animal is an animal kept for companionship and enjoyment, as opposed to livestock, laboratory animals, working animals or sport animals, which are kept for economic reasons.

I doubt that mouse was ever needed for companionship or enjoyment. Therefore it is not a pet, meaning it is not pet abuse.

  • u go to a pet store, there are pet mice and feeder mice, those are feeder mice. farmed for reptile foods. whats real pet abuse is not feeding the boas. or feed it forzen thawed malnutricious foods.

  • Your an evil person. No way is this natural. This is Animal Abuse. Can't you get your pleasures another way? You dick!

  • Patch, stop being a hippie, its perfectly natural for carnivorus animals to eat other animals. There is nothing evil about it, it's just the way of nature. Besides, its not about the pleasure of the owner as you seem to

think, its about the well-being of the snake, pre-killed food lack important nutritions that are lost in the freezing process, making

live food a better choice, lest the snake become malnourished.

  • I am perfectly aware of the trials of nature and the course between predator and prey, and it is in no way evil. They have no choice in the matter. However you do have a choice to do as you will and you chose to take a snake, have it as a pet (a pet that I remind you shows no sort of affection at all, and Im sure if you were small enough, it would eat you as well), and feed it live food who have no chance at all of getting away. How the hell is that natural!?

  • (continued from last reply)

But what really ticks me off, is that you would film this and show it off to all your friends and the world saying "Oh how cool is this we can watch something be scared to death, killed slowly, AND be swallowed up! Oh boy lets watch!" And thus, I stand by my first previous statement, especially concerning my last sentence.

  • You might have a point about showing it off can be considered macabre, but that's just a matter of personal opinion, I didn't make the vid and I'm not judging the one who did, after all we can choose not to watch it if we don't like it. Also, in the wild the prey would have almost as small a chance of getting away, since boas are excellent at stealth, often coming within centimeters of its prey before they strike without the prey even realizing the snake was there.

  • (Continuing)

You are wrong about the snake though, boa constrictors make great pets if you are into reptiles, because of their gentle nature (against humans, not prey :p) the more you pick them up and handle them, the more used they become to humans and will grow to be rather affectionate, at least towards their owner. In the wild, I'm sure a large enough (and hungry enough) boa could/would eat a human, but the captive ones do not consider us prey.

  • Finally, pre-killed food lack important nutritions that are lost in the freezing process, thus making live food a better choice, lest your snake becomes malnourished. Also, hunting is part of their instincts, and not letting them hone that makes the snake sluggish and apathic and can cause it to die prematurely (normal lifespan being about 30 years) On a side note, there is no way in hell the boa in this vid is 7 months, my own is 6 months and is 60cm long and about as thick as my thumb.

  • As long as you keep giving them their prey they won't. You will definitely be on on the menue.

  • sure they show affection. it relaxes on my neck all the time. very tame. i can pet her head hold it, open it anytime of the day. never ever tried to bite. u just dont have one ur self so u assume they dont show anything.

  • nice snake got a big head on it. can't wait to get mine just ordered in my 6'x3'x3' vivarium and paid deposit on a 2month old female.

  • nice snake man . looks healthy as well

  • what i thought was cool about this video was the boa picked one mouse out of 3. lucky for the other 2 that gets to live a couple minutes more.

  • dude, all whats up with all ur comments man? all marked as spams. Those people who argu that feeding live is inhumane, well it isnt. but thats how snakes to it. Suck it up, try to get laid rather than defending rats.

  • i feed mine thawd but live is fine i jaust do it so i dont haft to go to the pet store all the time also my ball pythons eat live or frozenAND MY DRAGON EATS BABY MICE

  • animalxlover how can you call yourself an animal lover it is inhumane to feed them alive and i know they do that in the while but that fact is right now this snake is not in the wild they are wild animals and shouldnt be kept as pets it is inhumane

  • I am going to avenge the death of this mouse i promise i will. i will kill you i will track you down and kill you like hanibal lecter i will kill you and eat you and my sister will fart on your face you selfish hamburger

  • do you like to watch animals get ###### suffered and tortured to death? please have the animals already dead before feeding.

  • Sick fucking people

"let me buy that stupid fuckin snake so i can get off watching it kill stuff"

"sure thing sir anything else? yeah let me get a bunch of mice i wanna watch em bleed"

i hate people, i hate stupid fuckin animals to.

watching the poor mouse get snatched and suffocated to dead for 3 minutes THE THING SUFFERED FOR 3 FUCKIN MINUTES YOU DICK,
