Z doświadczenia wiem, że działa. Jeżeli wie się gdzie i jak uderzyć. Oczywiście każdy ma swoje zdanie do czego ma prawo. W internecie jest wiele filmów pokazujących efekt takiego uderzenia w 100%. Instruktorzy nie będą się na pokazach uderzać, bo po co :) Pozdrowienia
too to bullshit ppl. hitting with open hand and "knife" hand (you call this bitch slappling) is more safe for your wrist than hitiing with fist, plus if you strike with open hand near ears you can faint your opponent (labyrinth). if you had many contusions beacuse you allways striked using fist, you cant use knife and guns etc. police and soldiers eq as skilfully and fast as with not injured wrist
To all the people who say: bullshit etc, ask your m8 to give you a slap with open hand in the back of the head all they can, and then come back and say the same, this works
