I totally agree the homescreen hubs or tiles don't really appeal to me, but the OS as a whole is magnificent. Honestly, I don't really know. There's rumor saying that it won't allow skinning, but I've also been hearing that the First batch of phones won't allow skinning, but the second will. I also heard that there will be multiple flavors of the OS, one for the regular consumer and the business sku that will allow skinning. Will have to wait until MIX10 or until release.
