The thing about cnet downloads is false advertisement, for instants, your looking for a dvd to vcd software, you filter by "FREE", you download it, looks promising when you use it, then surprise surprise, it's not free, you either yet a trial or 10% burn process example, wasting your time and dvd-r's on a crappy program that is marked as "FREE", then you are redirected to a page where they want your credit details to for the full version and then you find out, it's not what you wanted.
