everyone needs to shut up about the drinking crap! Drinking a beer doesnt mean that your not a Christian. The Bible does not say anywhere that the drinking of wine, beer, is a sin. What you allow it to do to you is a sin, drunkeness. If drinking beer was wrong then eating food would be wrong because too much food can cause gluttony just as too much wine can cause intoxication. There is it, end of story. Underoath is an amazing band and they love God, thats what matters

Well did you know that the reason wine was so commonly used was because of how uncertain they were a lot of the times of the waters purity, but since the wine was fermented (which means the carbohydrates are turned into alcohols) they found it safer on the digestive tract, You'll find Paul telling Timothy to drink a little wine in 1 Timothy 5:23

Also it would be kind of funny for the scriptures to say be careful not to get drunk on wine in Ephesians 5:18 if wine had none

@xkevbotx Im not trying to get into a big debate on here, but I am a christian and drinking isnt a sin, if it was Jesus is in trouble since he made water into wine to keep a wedding water going, which some people may say "wine back then didnt have very much alcohol compared to todays wine" but either way Jesus did partake of wine, and for centuries communion was commonly taken with real wine. Alcohol is something you should be careful not to turn into an idol though.

@hittherainbow Ok he didn't JUST leave for the almost, he also left so he had more time to do all the mercenary stuff that he does. He was in a band for 11 years and it was time for him to go. It happens. Yes he will be missed very very very much but this was not a selfish act. Aaron is a great person and he wouldn't just up and leave Underoath, the guys he has toured with and loved for the past few years, just so he would be "glorified". I'm sure this was the hardest decision he has ever made.
