Since the animation was already made, I couldn't just remake it in like 10 minutes. So I advise following along with the frames and pausing it, trying to copy the movements and such until you get it right.

Read This Carfully:

What you do in this video is open up pivot and get a stick of your own. Pause the video every time the video changes to a new frame and sort of make the same movements as my stick person. You can tell by how far away the stick is from the onion skin shadow. Then pay attention to how the beam is growing and how it gets slightly bigger then slightly smaller. Pay atention when I change the color of the beam to show it's force weaken then dissappears. Then watch the reaction.
