In the past always one Country has the biggest influence on the music and has the greatest musicians. IN the renaissance it was Italy (because of that al musicians in the world us italian words.....piano, moderato, allegro and so on).And for a certain period it was germany: Bach,Händel, Beethoven,Mozart, Brahms, Schubert,Liszt,Haydn,Schumann, and many others. And after them other countries have the first place.
First of all, Nations do not have any influence on music!! Nations maybe have influence on wars...not on music!! Secondly...Mozart and Haydn were Austrians, not germans!! Beethoven also went to Vienna because Vienna was a center for great musicians those days, called : vienna classics?! (Wiener Klassik!) Georg Haendel moved to England and .....Liszt was Hungarian!!
Nations never have influence on music....its always composers and (new)instrument technology that has influence!
what is wrong with you guy´s. Georg Friedrich Händel was born in the greatest country of the whole world, in Germany and the city how he was born sounds Halle at the Saale. what a fuck have you in your brain, i think nothing. mfg
What's wrong with you?You seem to be too proud of your country (also mine).
Your that kind of person which Germany doesn't need. Because the nazis thought Germans were the only "race" which was worthy to live they killed so many people. You seem to be one of them!
And I don't understand why in almost every music piece (especially classic music) that was composed by someone born in Germany or Austria guys like you write that kind of comment...
I must disagree: there are many wonderful musicians in ALL countries - even *gasp* the USA :-+)!! Italy has a long and rich history of being in the forefront of what i like to call "serious" music, as does France - and along with England, they still have a FINE crop of splendid musicians. There are also many fantastic musicians in India, Central America and many African and Asian countries.... i don;t know why you would say what you did, but it most certainly does not reflect reality.
@Huxtable23 Do you mean european tradition composers or musicians? You could also add French, Italian, English and American to that list (if you meant european tradition composers, that is). If you meant musicians cast your net over the whole world. What about composers not working in the european tradition?
@Huxtable23 -or Hungarian, Spanish, French, Venezuelan, Mexican, Portuguese, Chilaean, Argentinian, American, Canadian, Italian, Greek, Israeli, Chinese, Filipino, British, Irish, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Czech and from many more. Music is a universal language and has great musicians from every country. Open your eyes and ears- and your heart.
Diese wundervolle Musik ist unvergänglich. Was für ein genialer Komponist.Darauf können wir Deutschen wirklich stolz sein.
