And We're back! :D

My cat Toby got an absess once. Nasty! His was really big. He had to have surgery to have it drained and stuff.

Not only did he have a cone, he had tubes that continued to drain the absess after the surgery was over.

So the Dr. stiched him up but he had 4 medium sized tubes protruding from his body for a week! After that week, they were removed and he got complete stiches. But I can relate to how that whooole process goes down. :)

@californiavolcano oh, she can still eat and drink and go to the bathroom...she just shoves her face down into the food and water. it is a little awkward, but she isn't hurt in any way.

Poory kitty. She will probably be fine. I have had this kind of thing happen before, too. Omce they get an anti-biotic, they are fine.

Those cones always make me think that the pet looks like a flower. lol. She seems to be handling the wearing of it very well. Aren't animals amazing.

@ozjthomas I know, she does seem rather pathetic in the cone, but it is helping her to get better faster and it doesn't hurt her at all...it is just a little weird for her. poor kitty! :) thanks oz! :)
