I dont see why umbrella didnt sell the virus that wesker used on the black market... after all it is the perfect BOW. Incredible speed, full intelligence retained and very, very good regeneration.
the full intelligence part is the problem. Umbrella wanted to create semi-smart bio-soilders, ones intelligent enough to follow oders, but not quite enough to question those orders. Weskers virus was a bit TO good for umbrella to circulate. anyways, i think thw Wesker virus was a custom virus made by william, not a huge prodject or anything.
The Progenitor Virus had only 1.5% chance of working on a random person. Wesker's DNA was structurally unique, and was perfect for the Progenitor Virus that turned him into the most advanced superhuman tyrant.
All the other Wesker Children were killed injecting themselves with the Progenitor Virus. Albert was the only one who survived.

IT states on the actual lore site that only Albert Wesker, and the supposed 'Alex' Wesker survived the transformation process/reviving state of the virus they injected in them.
That means, more than little 1% survived its usage.

Wesker's awesome, this video sucks. They should not have included "productions" in the beginning, since there is no "production" in this video besides slapping together random clips with a crappy song in the backround.
This song has the EXACT same guitar riff as The Fight song by Marilyn Manson. Although this is by an even worse band and sung by a singer who should die if he's not already dead.
Wesker is in my villains top list and I hated when he let the Uroboros get arround him because I was hoping one big transformation. Hes a succeded experiment so I guess it would be cooler if he just transform into a giant monster.. its a bit like Caruser in RE4 but with full body. Well i hope Wesker is not dead.
Hey.. I'll be honest. I never played RE1 but I played RE2, RE3, RE Code Veronica, RE4. The best one for me is RE2... the puzzles were awesome and the history was dense. Now its like an action movie. And hey, how did the T/G virus become a animal? Virus is much more letal and yes its better facing zombies than those possessed humans.
i just realized resident evils ouroboros is a big refernce to megaman zx advent(zx advents antagonist master albert fuses with ouroboros to become the final boss), and wesker is a homage to doctor wily (both named albert, both used other ppl to further their plans to become ruler/god of a new age) man capcom sure loves their megaman

Nah i really hope they do bring him back in Resident Evil 6, he is my favorite character in resident evil by far.
Maybe capcom could say that: "The Uroboros in his system caused him to be immune to the heat of the lava, hence how he dosent die straight away when he falls in, and the rockets they shot at him missed a direct hit and he suffered major injuries but managed to crawl onto a piece of broken rock, in which he gained the strength, from the uroboros, to continue"
They're saying that they're going to restart the entire series now that 5 is done with. I don't know if they're going to just do remakes of the games or if they're going to completely change the storyling, though.
Well if u watch the cutscene again u'll notice the rockets actually miss him, plus this is Resident Evils first next gen game, so I doubt they will kill off the main character of all RE games
@akastukiitachi If you pause it right as the rockets come, they definitely take his head off. I don't think CAPCOM would devote an entire game to a villain who you kill at the end, only to have him appear again. I wish they could have given him a better death. I think Chris should have died with him, cuz, you know, Wesker isn't going to "rest in peace" unless Chris is pushing up the daisies as well. Heck, Luis's death was more dramatic! They should have at least put it in slow motion. =(

The original? About as close as you'll get is Remake on the GC. The basic storyline is the same but they upgraded the graphics and added new game mechanics, monsters, and changed the architecture of the mansion itself and other areas.

Actually she was in suspended animation in a cryogenic tube ta the Antarctic base. This was to allow the virus to acclimate with her body, so it wouldn't produce the same effects as it did in her father. She faked her death for Umbrella's benefit and Alfred was the only one who knew the truth...unfortunately he kinda went a bit insane due to her absence.
...why would Leon of all people be in a fight against Wesker? Wesker would completely kill him first off, and secondly, he's the one character that Wesker hasn't personally met before, doesn't think much, if anything, of him, and the one character that least affects the story. I can see Claire in a final fight with Wesker more than Leon even.
Who said Leon will fight Wesker? Not me. I said he will eventaly be forced to fight Ada. But since we are on the subject I wouldnt count out a Wesker and Leon fight. Your right Wesker will never pick a fight with Leon just for the sake of killing him but Leon might pick a fight with Wesker for the sake of stoping his plan depending what ever situation they are in. As for Claire vs Wesker I don't think Claire could be up for a fight with Wesker. I some times wounder if Spencer will kill Wesker.

considering he has an active role in every game Chris is in, is basically the main character of the series, and considering the game has Sherry in it whom he's had in his captivity since after RE2 took place yes.
Even though hes not in some of the games they mention him and his plans he was the reason for the fall of umbrella and he is the reason this games still has a good plotline lol

Wesker only ever used -1- virus. He had no other Virus's in his blood.
Check the official Wiki for Resident Evil if you don't believe me.
Only Wesker and Alex Wesker survived the usage of said virus.

The original? About as close as you'll get is Remake on the GC. The basic storyline is the same but they upgraded the graphics and added new game mechanics, monsters, and changed the architecture of the mansion itself and other areas.

Actually she was in suspended animation in a cryogenic tube ta the Antarctic base. This was to allow the virus to acclimate with her body, so it wouldn't produce the same effects as it did in her father. She faked her death for Umbrella's benefit and Alfred was the only one who knew the truth...unfortunately he kinda went a bit insane due to her absence.

...why would Leon of all people be in a fight against Wesker? Wesker would completely kill him first off, and secondly, he's the one character that Wesker hasn't personally met before, doesn't think much, if anything, of him, and the one character that least affects the story. I can see Claire in a final fight with Wesker more than Leon even.

Who said Leon will fight Wesker? Not me. I said he will eventaly be forced to fight Ada. But since we are on the subject I wouldnt count out a Wesker and Leon fight. Your right Wesker will never pick a fight with Leon just for the sake of killing him but Leon might pick a fight with Wesker for the sake of stoping his plan depending what ever situation they are in. As for Claire vs Wesker I don't think Claire could be up for a fight with Wesker. I some times wounder if Spencer will kill Wesker.

and Leon still has the least reason to fight Wesker. Look at it:
Chris and Jill: had their comrades killed directly by him and were planned to be killed themselves.
Barry: had Wesker threaten his family to manipulate him.
Claire: had Steve's body taken by him after his supposed death.
Sherry: has been in Wesker's captivity for ten years now and, if her dad and him had never met things might be totally different.
Leon...he just has someone he loves working as a secret agent for Wesker..that's it

alber wesker is the perfect bio weapon in; Wesker is inmune to the abnormality of the virus/s.
he has greater speed and strenght than any monster + intelligence and reasoning of a human being, I've also read he has become more intelligent.
I wouldnt doubt him to be the ending boss of the game or him becoming the main charater of the series and fighting some super freak as final boss.
