You seem to only be using your head voice and only using nasal resonation. It'd help your vocal work if you let the sound sit in the back of your throat. Also, try working on chest resonance. A simple way to do this is to practice humming until you can feel your chest reverberating with the sound. This would help with some of those pitchy notes that you sometimes hit before sliding them down to the correct note. Just trying to be helpful. :)
