I have an instyler. I got it for christmas but they can sell up to as much as 180 dolar's depending on sale's or shipping. My mom got it on sale because she work's at Khol's. Thank's for the time reading hi an also you will get better (: It's not the best but you will get better

Hmm... I think some of these people are a little blind. You can clearly see (well, as clear as the cam's quality will allow) the hair did curl. You are doing a great job on teaching people how to use the InStyler despite the lack of quality the cam is giving, but that's not really your fault. A good cam is expensive to buy. Love the curls... my hair is thick as well and takes great effort to curl it. Good job! =]

Great job sweetie, you just helped out a 40 year old! My prob with this thing is that I'm always worried about the barrel rotating upward against the grain (against the direction of the hair shaft). That will definitely cause damage to my hair - causing split ends. But at least you showed me that o can hold the curl in for longer than I thought I could. Thanks.

there is so much wrong with this video

1.you take forever to get to the point

2. the quality sucks

3.your terrible at teaching how to do it

4. your curls just plain suck

in all honesty props to you for having the guts to put this video up but honestly not that great of a tutorial video, next time do it in a bathroom or somewhere with better lighting, sorry sweets but its true

You can get them almost anywhere I'm pretty sure walmart has them I think almost every department store does. you can also order them on amazon or some other online site.

on amazon where it sells for about 80 dollars.

it doesnt give u split ends i go the instyler the first day it came out i use it everyday and i do not have spilt end but my cousin uses a regular straightner and she has realy bad split end. i really hope that answered your question. :)

TheInstyler starts blinking again because you've used up a lot of the heat and so it needs time to heat up again

great tutorial! i have 2 questions.

1) well i only have about 30 minutes at most to get ready for school. i have the instyler, and i really want to try to curl my hair with it, but the only problem is that it seems like it takes a long time, so how long does it take? if its longer then 30 minutes, then i definetly try it for special occasions.

2) the stuff u put in your hair before, does that protect ur hair at all for heat damage? cause i have something like it.

@Makeupforyou2 nice suggestion but ohhhh NOO way would i ever ask the amy (the person who cuts my hair) to thin my hair out! it might take a while to curl it but its to my shoulders so i wear it up most of the time anyway. i hardly ever curl it. but i LOVE my thick hair. i find it a blessing most of my friends hair is thin and they are always complementing on my thick hair same as my family. i figure that way when im old ill have most of my hair. haha =)
