I have played this game. It is promisiing, I will admit that. But, currently it is almost unplayable. It is very grindish, as to cook a fish you have to wait 10 minutes in real life without moving in game. To me it's too realistic and too not-fun. If you must insist just check out roma-victor.com, but it may be hard to get into the game seeing as RB has not updated the website for months.

It's not all about the graphics, RV is an online world. If you want quests or good PvE action this game sucks. If you want hardcore PvP, advanced crafting, an online society, are tired of all these fookin' elves, and don't mind a bug or three, this game is definetly for you!
