  • I got to the 6th week of this program on the 2nd column but it is so tough now. + I taped myself doing pushups and my form really needs to get polished. + I failed day 1 week 6 twice now because after the first 2 sets im finished. I hope I'll get to 100 some day. Congrats to this guy for the good form.

  • i dont usually have it tied back, its just to keep it out my eyes. Im rebelling after not being able to grow it for so long in the army

  • good idea this dude...im gonna try it myself. only managed 25 for the test though. my excuse is that im heavy and i have to do it on my knuckles cause i have a bad wrist so icant do it normally...oh and whats with the hair???
