I got to the 6th week of this program on the 2nd column but it is so tough now. + I taped myself doing pushups and my form really needs to get polished. + I failed day 1 week 6 twice now because after the first 2 sets im finished. I hope I'll get to 100 some day. Congrats to this guy for the good form.
good idea this dude...im gonna try it myself. only managed 25 for the test though. my excuse is that im heavy and i have to do it on my knuckles cause i have a bad wrist so icant do it normally...oh and whats with the hair???

In set 5 you can do as much as you could, right??
If minimum is 5 you can do 6-50 right anything more than 5? SRRY for bad english!! : )

i dont usually have it tied back, its just to keep it out my eyes. Im rebelling after not being able to grow it for so long in the army
