@kriupis If you mean the line east of Daugavpils into Belarus, in 2008 it was fairly busy, about 1 or 2 trains per hour, sometimes more. I'm not sure if it is as busy now since the economic downturn.
I notice that with several of those 2TE10s, only the rear unit seems to be running. I expect that's probably to make it a bit quieter for the crew when they've got a relatively light load.
Most of the eastbound empty trains were running this way. I believe fuel prices had something to do with this, as well as crew comfort.
The drunk fellow tried to pick a fight with my friend who was taking still photos behind me. He fended off the drunk who apparently was so far gone he forgot about us after a few seconds and walked off.

In the first scene, the loco on the left painted silver/red is a Lithuanian TEP60
The loco passing under the camera is a Latvian M62.
