does anybody know what episode of salty's lighthouse this is; i remember the characters being frightened by somthing. I guess it may of of been the episode blackout, but i remember the clock announcing it was salty's song time and there was a clips from various gothic silent films set to a creepy song about being afraid.
i remember being horrified of this scene as a kid but now I'm in a band that is influenced by that kind of stuff so i really want to find it. When i watched this episode i couldn't find the clock scene and wikipedia not only says that such a characture exists but that it does announce salty's song time. Does the spanish version youtube cut out that reoccurring scene or does it not exist at all.
Salty's Songtime did exist; it used stock footage like the TUGS segments, but instead the footage came from old black and white movies. The songs were written for the series I think.
@7Lightening You have to think logically here. TUGS episodes were 15 minutes long, sometimes 20. This show has episodes where they are each 11 minutes long, and the TUGS segments are about 5 or 6. There's no way they could have fit a full-length TUGS episode in there. Why they completely rewrote everything I'll never understand when they could have just made 2 stories out of 1 TUGS ep. I can easily see 2 stories in 'Warrior'.

Why couldn't they just have used the real Ghosts and High Tide stories rather than water them down?

@TheUnluckyTug02 Well they could have split the stories into two parts. In a similar way that Shining Time Station had 2 Thomas stories each episode.

Yeah, but the creators totally wuzzied out not having King Neptune appear in this show.
And at the age I was at when I saw this episode, I would have said good riddance. *shivers*
