  • look at all those starving and dehydrated children in Africa wish they had one of those.

  • so this is trading oil for water !

  • I have one of those :D it's really awesome

  • ALL IT IS PEOPLE IS A DEHUMIDIFIER . IT TAKES THE WATER COLLECTED AND RUNS IT THREW A FILTER....

DEHUMIDIFIER IS ABOUT $140 BUCK FOR A GOOD ONE THEN RUN YOUR WATER THREW A FILTER ,GOOD LUCK AND SAVE ALOT OF MONEY.

  • Come Join us on Facebook....

    Watermaker India Pvt Ltd.

  • Thats really cool!

  • I found an old one called "Little Dipper" from Aqua Aire Industries but cannot find the manufacturer or any info on it. The previous owner said he paid $6,000 for a few years back and left it standing outside next to his store in back. It has two dispensers one for hot and one for cold with a single toggle swtich behind it. Before I invest in new filters, etc, I did a minor clean and plugged it in. Sounds like something is working but I do not know what. Help...

  • Just get yourself a dehumidifier and connect it to a water filter, boom you have yourself an air to water machine.

  • Theres already an air to water machine in everyhome across the country its called an air conditioner. Their is already an air to water machine in every car its called an air conditioner. DUH!

  • @egn83b The difference between this machine and an air conditioner is that you can drink the water. It wouldn't be a good idea to drink the air conditioner's water as that would be contaminated, but your probably right that it could be similar to an air conditioner on at least, part of it's function.

  • @daveb565 You can drink ac water but it has to go through a reverse osmoses system before I would declare it potable and safe to drink. That is all this system consists of ac and water filtration. The water is rather purer then the city tap. Think of the average water pipe which contains becterial organisms and metals. Rain water is not pure due to chemicals from cars and aircraft.

  • There is only one US Based manufacturer of equipment like this that is truly MADE IN THE USA. ALL other machines are made in china and korea. this one really works and never needs to be cleaned monthly like all the others

    Check out waterpureintl (dot com

  • Woop Woop!!

  • @inthe96744 waterpureintldotcom

  • I've just been on the web for several hours straight trying to find a used one of these from ANY manufacturer as it seems ALL of the new ones are super expensive. Did you see the home that that guy was living in. LOL The company that manages to put out one you could buy one for a reasonable price is gonna have awesome success. Heck, even a new eden pure heater (top of the line) costs half as much. I was even a member of globalverge. I'm gonna go back and check the distributor price again

  • did someone fart at 0:12 lol

  • I agree, after i found out what the government is putting in our water supplys(flouride) and so on,this sounds like a great idea.

  • The one issue the smallest of these devices I an find requires a continuous 380 watts of power to make water. That is to make 1 liter an hour. That is a lot of energy for not that much water.

To put this in perspective it is like running 6 60-watt light bulbs 24/7365 to get 24 liters of water a day.

In most locations a well will pay itself back a lot faster. Still in a very arid region it is a good option.

  • what if you powered the device with the wind, or the sun? then would it be worh it?

  • @mordsith05 Homemade solar cells are $1.5/$2 per watt to build form YTers, and specific batteries are needed for storage. Thus the outay is up front, but with care, yes 1 years' power for this machine can be done for less than $3k. That is about $8/day for 2-3 gallons. The best thing about this is remaining off the grid, so its pure. You can go very, very remote to a cabin, and still have water. Using a timer, and storage, you can have too much very easily.

  • I need that machine because i no longer trust the government after i read they are putting poison in the water supply. And the taste of the city water is discusting anyhows.

  • @bisexualbuffthug I am totally with you man. do not trust this government. not sure if any government after the Whiskey Rebellion was trustable, really...

  • Good job. This is wonderful

  • wow this is technology
