Heres how i interputed it: the wild things represent maxes feeling like the goat is his fears carol is his dad and KW is his mom. its showing how max felt when his parents broke up it made him think it was his fault and he needs to keep them together.

I read the book when I was a little, and snored on it. I went to see the movie in spite of how boring the book was for me, and fell in love. All throughout this movie, you have a sense that this fantasy world is more realistic than it looks. You feel almost uneasy throughout it, because you can just feel what could go wrong in every scene, and some parts even scared me. It's a movie about a child, but it's not a child's movie. They won't be able to really get that vibe the movie gives off.

Not all 8 year old kids are the same. The character, Max, for example is about 8 and in the film has certainly had to endure some serious issues in his young life. Many kids will be able to relate to Max's situation and maybe this film will make them feel better. Any kid that watches this should watch it with their parents and the parents should have a discussion with their kids about it.This film, just like the book, is EXCELLENT at helping parents engage in healthy convos with their kids :)

If you didn't notice, even though Max ran away he came back and realized his mistakes.

The movie has the meaning of responsibility.

I do agree that an 8 year old kid wouldn't understand it, but it's common enough that parents divorce and one of the parents gets a new partner and it adds conflict. So they just might understand it. I know the 8 and 9 year old I watched it with understood it all.

Even if they need to ask their parents about it, it's still great for kids.

Yes i am able to record it with straight midi connection.

For guitar its a bit different i record wav files as opposed to single individual notes rooted through midi.

I use FL Studio 8, Cubase SX, Yamaha PSR-295, Apex condenser microphone, an acoustic and electric guitar and M-Audio soundcard.
