Rapid Resolution Therapy, invented by Jon Connelly is a 100% SCAM. He scams and brainwashes therapist and then they in turn hurt and harm and brainwash their clients. Its BAD. Wonder when the class action lawsuit will come into being, surely long before there is any empirical proof that this is an effective modality!
Dundon, you have no idea what you are talking about. I have actually been through this and I'm not saying that people are wrong to be skeptical because, believe me, I am sure I would have been too if I hadn't been through it myself but RRT has not just changed my life, but saved it. I had suffered from depression, anxiety, PTSD, guilt and grief my entire life. After 5 sessions, I am free from the symptoms of all of them. I am also a recovering Alcoholic who no longer suffers from cravings!
