I really don't want to sound like a know it all here but...technically "Akatsuki" can be pronounced either way. Neither is grammatically wrong it's just that in conversation "suki" is often shortened so that basically you take out the u and just say "ski" I'm really sorry if I sound like a know it all -.- it's just that I see a lot of comments about pronouncing it wrong...also I'm no expert I've just been taking Japanese lessons for a while sooo...
