My dealer use to do rails with me, but ever since I moved and got my card, the dispensaries only want to sell me weed and send me on my way. Can you fucking believe that, they try to sell me JUST marijuana, no coke, no valium, no XR, just weed. Its great I can head to a shop and pick up "medicine", but you dont get any samples of lifes... other delicacies.

If their main office is in a state where mj is illegal and someone uses their card to purchase in a state where it's not illegal, american express could still be federally charged for aiding in the purchase of an illegal substance.
