The point is he held a position in law enforcement and is a law breaker. No one should be in that kind of a position who breaks the law on a consistant basis. Yes, he should be fired.

Last time I'll spell it out for you. Wooten is not the issue. Please read the last sentence again for reflection and hopefully you can gain some clarity. The issue is: did she abuse her power as governor. If he is a lawbreaker and she had him fired accordingly then there is no issue. That however thus far, does not seem to be the case. We will see. If she did indeed abuse her power, then she is not fit to serve as V.P. owned

He was fired for performance issues and disagreements over how they were going to handle certain issues including budgets. I'm sorry but if she's the boss and he's not on board with her then eventially he's gotta go. If you research in places other than the NY TIMES and Boston Globe you will find this is a weak argument against Palin.
