  • Superb superb superb. Looks like a scene out of Avatar. The one thing to set it off which gets tricky for me is to add as many communal lifes forms that I could safely put in and also that wont create a mess like small small stuff. Spiders, even earthworms and perhaps super tiny lizards. WOW

  • You've never had orchids rot because of water in the leafbases? Is it just a legend that orchids might rot of water in the rosette?

  • @PrimeBrawler Not any problem there, just hard water that does not appeal too much to the orchid.

  • Beautiful!

  • amazing!

  • yes but what do they grow in? I assume some soil or something...how do you fix the earth to the walls?

  • @890321654987 No no land, no substrate, just the roots in the geotextile fabric and the water that brings moisture to the roots in the tissues taken enough.

It is possible to depart to add a little liquid Fertilizers for taking rapid root.

  • great video, what is the best way to grow the plants on the walls like you have?

  • @890321654987 Light, watering, humidity, heat;)

  • Impresionante

  • water...land....HOWWWW

  • how did you seprate land and water?

  • @IAMZAKARY I have no land, I use a geotextile fabric ;)

  • best tank ive ever seen wow way to go

  • best tank if seen so far would you be able to put a baby water dragon in this?

  • @LegitHacks100 Thank you;) as I know if it's suitable or not for water dragons I have no notion of maintenance for these animals.

  • @LegitHacks100 theres not enough land for a water dragon or space!

  • Does that unit stay open like that ?

  • @drychalice Yes, it remains open all the time because there is no glass on the front.

  • breathtaking

  • That is just so cool. Just so peaceful to look at.

  • would a setup like this work for a golden gecko ??

  • @1022wil yes why not, everything is possible.

  • si no es por que no hablo nadie habria pensando que era un documental de la selva jaja xD

  • absolutely gorgeous. Must do wonders for the humidity in your house as well! Lovely!

  • @astilaroth Thank you, well no more than that, because the heat of the lighting compensates for the drying atmosphere. ;)

  • this is amazing...

  • So I am wanting to make one of these fro some red eyed tree frogs... first off... How do you make the waterfall and what is it and where do I get it from? How often will the water need to be cleaned or a filter?? I am goingto use peat moss as a base. The waterfall will need to sift the loose crap out but dont want it to settle at the bottom so just filter it out?? ? It wasnt in your blog.. Did you add substrate on top of your rocks so the plants would grow on top of them and what not???

  • @LateNight89 Hello, I will try to answer your questions.

The cascade is made with polystyrene and mortar / concrete

The water is filtered through a small aquarium pump is used to the waterfall. that is enough. by against the use of peat is required to tint the water brown.

I have not added any substrate for plants other than the geotextile fabric which supports root.

So I invite you if you do not already know the specialized forum "dendroboard"

  • @spiritofjungle1

Great you'll definately see me there (Kris-with-a-k)

  • beautiful!! im inspired to make my own XD thanks!

  • great! ima try to do something like this for a cwd. and also does the sound of trickling water make anyone else wanna pee?

  • Il fonctionne parfaitement! Amazing!
