Hansen always uses terms like "I believe" and "tends too" and "seems" and "encourages" and so forth.
These are NOT SCIENTIFIC TERMS - THEY ARE POLITICAL TERMS.

CO2 is nothing more than plant and tree food. If it was pollution in the truest sense, it would destroy plants and trees. Instead, it nourishes them.

The carbon tax should be ajusted retroactively for all the pollution the last 30 years.Then this is the right deal.
