  • That Larry guy seems like someone had a punch right to his nose lol

  • Andy Roddick is so HAWT

  • Rafa is the modern day Borg, and it is fitting to see Bjorn at SW19, watching a future version of himself. Even more ironic is that their level of accomplishments are almost identical at age 25 (when Bjorn retired). Both has 6 FO's and if Rafa wins tomorrow, he will not only tie Bjorn's major totals (11) but have an equal number of 'channel slams' ( 3 FO and Wimbledon in the same year).

  • "He's a horse."

    "...come out of the shooter?"

He's a nice, honest person to interview here, but those two things were quite... unique.

  • ,,,, Stefanki... quite tan...

  • lol dumb american coach calls him rafieel

  • @Hodgeisdaman

NO, he pronounced it more accurately than most people I've heard. His isn't the bad version.

The only thing he did wrong was inserting that "Y" sound.

  • I see you guys like tp throw around the number of grand slam titles and head to head number. How about considering the WHOLE package. How about number of weeks ranked number 1, Laureus Sportsman of the year, consecutive grand slam semi finals and finals appearances, ATP World champion, consecutive match wins on their best surfaces, consecutive grand slam wins, davis cup wins, win percentage.

  • 1:24 That forehand is simply AMAZING!!!

  • @oreaElena also in five sets! amazing

  • yea... rafa is special. love rafa he is the total package.

  • @dud321xyz exactly.. people forget the age difference between federer and nadal... feds prime was over by 07... now hes slowing coming down. he can still win slams but you cant compazre the two right now. fed is almost 30 and nadal is in his prime right now... lets see if he can keep it up. no matter what happens hell be considered one of the best but who knows how hell do when he gets to federers age.

  • @dud321xyz fed doesnt suck at clay nadal is just a god on that surface

  • Wanna hear Stefanik talk more, hes hilarious

  • i know nadal's better than feder but fed is my favorite because nadal is so boring to watch, moonballs n stuff, federer is more unexpectable

  • @bamibalboy if you say Nadal only hit moonballs you got to be kidding me. LOL.

  • @hieutiee ok ok not moonballs lol, but he is a baseline player and that bores the crap out of me:P

  • @bamibalboy haha okay there we go.

  • @hieutiee yeh.... 150km per/hr moonballs....lol

  • @hieutiee you ever seen him play live in person?

you've got to be kidding me if you think you can talk without having so..

  • @cj397 in fact i have, i live in oc california and have been to palm springs for indian wells atp 1000 masters tournament 4 times. I have watched nadal practice as well as federer. when nadal plays on faster courts, he will penetrate the ball and hit so much harder.

why are you scrutinizing me? Im not saying federer sucks or nadal is better, im just saying nadal's groundstrokes are one of the best and the are not moonballs. dont be so defensive about federer. i know he is the GOAT.

  • @bamibalboy nadal's in no way better than fed...

  • @cj397 no, but he is the only one who knows how to beat federer

  • @bamibalboy lol really?

watch nalbandian vs federer 2003 australian, 2005 masters cup, and 2007 paris masters where nalbandian destroyed both Federer And nadal on his way to the trophy..

    also anyone can beat anyone...

    dont talk so immature

  • @cj397 Well, maybe not, but he has beaten Federer more times than anybody. In fact, Rafa is way better in "one on one" against Federer.

  • @cj397 Really? how come Rafa has beaten him so many times? luck? yeah, sure.

  • @JamieZarr only because he grew up playing 90% clay tournaments, a master of the surface.

Federer, an all around more complete player can only excell so much on one surface when you're as dominant as he is.

And their head to head is not in rafa's favor "so many times"

roger has beaten nadal on clay in his own home city/country as well...

  • @cj397 As Gooner-Get-ya wrote: If Nadal goes takes the ATP title, the Australian Open '11, the FO, Wim, and USO next year, then the GOAT titleholder will need to be reviewed. Even if Nadal finished his career with 16 slams and Fed finished on 20 slams, It's the quality of the achievements, not just the number of them. Nadal has won everything, including the Olympic singles title. If he does take the AO '11 he'll hold every significant title at the same time...

  • @JamieZarr Dude, lol nadal will win all 4 slams next year, that's a pretty big feat. you think because a guy has one great year that he will do it again and again and again, just shut the hell up and enjoy the tennis at hand. why hate on fed? fed has been the most dominant player in the 00's on everything BUT CLAY. and roger STILL has been the 2nd best player on clay as well. Not bad for ONE person.

Pete was the greatest ever before Roger, and pete never made it to even the SEMIS of a French

  • @cj397 sampras made the semis at the french open once, in his entire career..

  • @cj397 dude... pete samprass is history.... so is fed lol. nadal is the present and future.

  • @1212ofomyzrc that's why we were talking about pete in history... roger still has some fire left in him and some desire to win a few more majors, he's going to play another 3-4 years.

so he is not the past.

by that time rafa will be fed's age, and the physical game he plays... he wont be able to stay at the top unless he plays more traditional tennis. nadal is not everything. plenty of upcoming players to kick ass

  • @cj397 thats right and you have to realize that Federer is the complete player. If you look at the head to head with Nadal in comparison to their careers you can see just how superior Roger is. He managed to get to so many finals on clay only to lose to Nadal. On the hard courts Rafa couldn't even get to the finals to meet Fed for many years which is why he has a losing head to head with other players. So who is the better player? The clay courter or the greatest all court player of our time?

  • @Abbasi123456789

This is such an old argument. It's quite sad anyone is still trying to use it. How many finals on hard court has Rafa reached? And won? He's even beaten Federer.

  • @Abbasi123456789 Lol, Rafa stopped being a clay courter in 2007/2008. And two other things to consider: 1. Rafa is 5 year younger than Fed. 2. The statistics are slanted against Rafa because there's only 1 GS on clay and 2 on HC. How many slams do you think Rafa and Roger would have (even with Rafa being 5 years younger) if the opposite was the case?.

  • @cj397 ...that is complete dominance on ALL SURFACES, something that Federer hasn't managed to do (with due respect).

  • @cj397 @cj397 lmao you live in a cave or what...??

Nadal leads the overall series 13-7 winning five of the last six meetings with the only loss in Madrid during that stretch.

On clay Nadal leads Federer 9-2

In tournament finals Nadal again holds the edge winning 11 of 16 career meetings in title matches.

get ur facts straight other wise u sound like a retard.

  • wins a win regardless of the surface. federer cant be a complete player if he doesnt have the edge over nadal... which he never will in his career. its true he does have more slams but does not make the greatest of all time if hes not ahead of rafael nadal in all their previous meetings.

  • @1212ofomyzrc

I concur! And i think Nadal is the better player between the two.

  • rafaels got the fire power, you look at that and go HOLY SHIT!!!!

  • Tennis survived when Fed came into the scene, and guys like Safin, Nalb, ARod, Blake, Hewitt, Aggassi and Ferrero gave him competition after guys like Sampras, Rios, Kafelni, Chang, Rafter and Kuerten retired, then in 2005 tennis needet someone to give king Roger new competition cause the other guys couldn´t keep up with him, then came Nadal and saved tennis once again when needet to so Roger didn´t win every single tournament!

  • Some dude made this funny video. Search "Hitler upset with Nadal Federer" on youtube. It's funny!

  • KING OF CLAY, KING OF TENNIS

    RAFA IS THE BEST!

  • at 1:23... unbelieveble !!!

  • Only the old players say bjorg was faster, you have to be crazy or biased to think bjorg was faster. Nadal is a completely different level athlete to bjorg.

  • @GBDazzler I agreed wth you

  • Go Rafa! I usually root for underdogs like Andy, but I love the way this man plays tennis. He's an absolute beast on court. Roger's a great guy and a brilliant player, but the effortless way he plays has never really interested me. Glad to see Rafa at no. 1!!!

  • That Stefanki has gotta get his eyesight checked ,,

How can Borg ever be faster than Nadal ? Just compare the respect videos of their matches, Borg's exchanges are slow-motion if viewed side-by-side against any of Nadal's matches !

Thats not even mentioning the ridiculous saves Nadal has made from near impossible distance !

  • @uuduu7

Stefanki has so much experience first hand....hard to believe you would think your judgement is better....I too was a coach of world-class juniors, and Borg did have quicker feet, Rafa is bigger, so his reach helps compensate a bit.....could be a wash when it comes to overall coverage, though Borg also was a bit more agile.

  • @toby0cooper

That's the most redicilous thing I've ever heard! 10.2 is completely unrealistic, as even professional sprinters would struggle to beat that... Anyways, tennis is not about being a good sprinter, it's about being able to change the direction of your body movements as explosively as possible. A sprinter's goal is to move his body as quick and explosively as possible in ONE direction. Not the same thing...

  • Comment removed

  • @toby0cooper

Haha. What a classic "wannabe scientist" method to use.

Sure it was the question. But I think what they meant was that Borg was faster to move around the court than Rafa. But enough about that.

I just saw today that Tyson Gay, the second quickest man on earth, had a 100m sprint of 10.28 seconds in competition, so I guess that means that our boy is faster than him!! Not bad for a tennis player, I have to say...

  • truth be told...lendl is the best. he was a goddamn monster

  • @bjornsiborgsi i don't know about the best...but definitely up there.

  • The "done and dusted" Nadal wins his second grandslam of the year and his fifth title of the year to go along with the French Open, Madrid Masters, Rome Masters and Monte Carlo Masters.

  • @scottdavis0676 to an extent I agree with you but you also have to acknowledge the amazing rivalry between them. I lean more towards nadal but i can never resist watching a federer match and wanting him to win and succeed and just be generally amazing just as much. COME ON RAFA, wimbledon all the way!!

  • how good is rafael nadal, the best~!!!

  • "He's special" ~~~ L. Stepanki

    Got that right

    Vamos, campeon!

  • no matter what ppl say rafa is always the best nd will always be the best rafa is better than roger no matter how many grand slams federer has rafa is better

  • @ErisRivera5 We'll see how Rafa's career shakes out when it's all said and done. Grand Slams do mean something to the majority of people.

Rafa has Roger's number mentally and physically. However, he hasn't dominated the rest of the field, to the same degree Roger has. As I said before, let's what until the dust settles before we say one player is better than another IMO.

  • Rafa has a 14-7 record against Federer, who is regarded by many as the GOAT.

  • Nadal and Federer are both great

  • Lets not get all ahead of ourself with the "woo-hoo Rafa is the greatest" stuff! Undoubtedly the kid will go down as one of the greats of the game, and if he equals Borgs 6 FO's, he will be best ever on clay. That is enough for now. Tennis however is about playing against the field, not one man. Nadal has had some nice results against Fed, but hasn't been consistently good enough to make it to slam finals, when Fed has. Nadal will be 'a great', it seems unlikely Fed won't remain 'the greatest'.

  • Federer vs Nadal = 7 vs 14. Nuff said.

  • Coming from Larry Stefanki...FUCK YEAH!!!!!!!!

  • Different time, different place, different styles. Who really knows! But right now, it's Rafa's time and i'm living it. Tough player to béat on any surface. Best youngest champion of all time, and that's a record in itself. Undeniably the most exciting player of all time as well, what else!

  • @Cjdjeight except he gets fucked on hardcourts all the time

  • How did Andy go from Worlds No. 1... to around 6-8 =/

  • @Filender thats like askin how did Safin go from 1 to 238 or Hewitt from 1 to like 50 sumthin. Andy's done well to stay in the top 10 for about 8 or 9 years.

  • IMO, I would rank Rafa and Roger as co-greatest of all time. Rafa is just incredible and he still is only 23!! No previous players of older generations would have even a slight chance against Rafa or Roger. They would get wiped out by these two players. IMO, even the great Laver would get destroyed if he played against Rafa if both were in their primes. It is a fun discussion to have!

  • It is a good discussion, however nadal against pete sampras on the older faster courts of wimbldon or hard courts, both playing their best??? pete sampras any day of the week, and twice on the holy wimbledon sunday. Sampras against federer both playing their best, I think would be impossible to call, just cos if they both serve at their very best, will any one get the ball back? I would say federer has better returns, but sampras had a better serve, thats why it was five glorious sets in 2001

  • when jack dempsey asked sugar ray robinson for a rematch, robinson gave it to him. that's what respect his, and what fighters do for eachother. they show respect when the rest of the world lacks in it due to it's mediocricy. tiger woods showed the respect when he did the shaving commercial. federer shows respect by using the net-jets. lennox lewis showed the respect when gave mike tyson a fight, even though tyson was well past his prime. oh man.......What!

  • @theatlantean2 need to brush up on your boxing son, dempsey was a heavyweight who fought decades before sugar ray, think you mean Jake Lamotta

  • ugly defense muscular tennis

  • ugly

  • He's special.

  • Andy just beat him at the Sony Ericson tournament.

  • i agree with you yosoyzuri who cares about the ranking????????????? it the tenniss that matters!!!!!!!!!!! and noone is better than nadal.... and the best part is that he is so humble.... after he lost in the french open he said "so what i had to lose some day" amazing i would have cried for a whole week

  • How Good ?

RAFA IS THE BEST! <3 :D:D

  • Good comment, I agree, I tend to think rafa should play less tournaments in the year, like federer does, just focus on the slams and the masters 1000, rafa usually play´s lot´s of tournament´s during the clay season especially and in general, usually play´s longer matches than roger, because of his grinding style of play. but yet again, roger and rafa are both assets to the game of tennis.

  • and in every surface, i might add

  • Roger Federer is better than Nadal, Nadal is running so so so much, that's why he got wounded kness. Roger Have better all around game than anywon for that matter. Roger Federer: "The King of tennis"

  • actually ,the king of tennis has been kicked ass lots of times by King Of Clay

  • @robintrailer/king of tennis beat king of clay on grass court and hard court.

  • @polychronio

And King of Clay has beaten 14 times King of Tennis in every surface

  • @robintrailer/I mean King of tennis has leading head to head in 2 courts.

  • @robintrailer

    14 times

    50% of them on clay

    nadal = king of clay

    dumb ass

  • thats because they played 60 % of their matches on clay. Nadal is nowhere near Federer on other surfaces, not to mention carpet and fast grass cause Nadal would be bagled by Fed on both.

  • @89Pleasek Im sorry are you kidding dumbass? Who won their last TWO grandslam final meetings on surfaces other than clay? You talk so much shit it's unreal.

  • And why does Federer have to play his best all the time and Nadal doesnt? Federer played his best in 2004-2007 and Nadal couldnt touch him clayelse and had problems on his favorite surface himself. When Federer played poorly in 2008-mid 2009 Nadal saw his chance and went for it. This is why he won those big matches and had a career threatening injury. But hell...lol..doesnt mean hes better on grass or hard courts. For me Nadal is still an excellent clay court player with some results elsewhere

  • @89Pleasek Played 'poorly in 2008'? I'm sorry to burst your bubble of ignorance but did you watch the way Fed played in the Wimby 08 all the way to the Aus 09 finals? Nadal was still inexperienced during his initial exposure to GS's in hard and grass. Once he got used to and mastered the process, he had the 'GOAT's' number every single time. He had a career-threatening injury and it's done now as Rafa is back to his imperious best.

  • Yes. Nadal's game matches up nicely versus Fed's.

But given your account name, it's not surprising that you hate Federer.

  • @pistolpete58 it took rafa three tries to beat roger at wimbledon.

and that australian open was out of nadals ability to run down EVERY SINGLE BALL and hit it back.

whats going to happen in rafa's late twenties when his body cant do all this running anymore. his style of play will be neutralized

  • @robintrailer Yeah. on clay...

  • @robintrailer there is no need to disrespect Fed cuz Fed's perfectness and dominance are the only reasons for other players like Nadal, Murray, Roddick, Djokovic and Davidynko to do their best

  • @robintrailer

yeah but the KING OF TENNIS remains KING OF TENNIS ............

and ..........THE REIGN OF A KING HAS NOT ENDED YET!

  • larry stefanki is a wise man, like him

  • i can't believe he dropped down to rank 4......

    I'm terrified

  • Hope he makes a quick recovery after that injury against Murray yesterday.

  • lol im much better than nadal... at sucking tennis lol

  • Rafa is Better than Borg the modern game is much more difgicult and fast paced Rafa is also faster.

  • hes a horse!

    i love it

  • idd, hes not human :D

  • Larry must really like Andy alot to mention him like he did, when he was talking about Rafa, "He drives himself, he drives himself hard, he's like Andy," Andy and Rafa are probably the two hardest workers on the tour at the moment. I hope he and Andy can do some great things together. All credit to both Rafa and Andy for they're great achievements. Well done Roddick; well done Rafa!

  • about who?

  • slams would be great...he has a couple already....but to own someone...thats something else.

  • @joelliotjake1 If you are talking about his H2H record with Rog, it doesn't mean shit unless they both have similar stats as in Slams which obviously doesn't. There are plenty of people in tennis history still statistically better than Nadal.

And also, H2H would be MUCH MORE favorable for Federer if they met outside clay more often. You are talking about their H2H which has absolutely no merit because most of their matches have been on clay and Nadal loses before meeting Roger many times.

  • well roger has 15 slams and nadal has 6? would you rather have a winning streak against someone who is called by many the greatest ever or would you rather have more slams? i know which one i would rather have...

  • lol federer at 2 slams at 23

  • lol yeah, Federer 28, 15 slams and the all-time record, just shows how great he is in such a short space of time! so yeah i guess, LOL!

  • @artikelmusic, you KNow federer is 28 and Nadal is 22-23...... im not saying nadal will get 15 slams aswell, but as he have 6 already, he still has the oporunity to break that record. second stop humaliating your self on this comment m8 your talking full of bullshiet LOL

  • @DonChilenito ha, i never ever said that nadal may not break Federer's record, i just find it hard to believe as his injuries are regular and bad, also he's a very defensive player which doesn't help! but lets see, if he does i'll be shocked especially as you have del potro, djokovic, murray, tsonga ect, they are all getting better, its gonna be hard!

  • the draw is more difficult right now than it was 6 years ago when federer started dominating

i think if federer was starting his run now, he'd have less than 12 grand slams as opposed to 16

  • @tqlax21 maybe your right, but the reason the draw was "easier" back then is because Federer is the one who made the game this strong today, when he came along he was the best because he pushed everyone, obviously people are going to catch, that has to happen, so i think he deserves all 16 to be honest!

  • of course he deserves it, he's the best

i do believe that nadal is on his level though, if not for the knees - remember nadal is 23 and has 6, federer at that age had only won one grand slam

  • @tqlax21 yes i think nadal brought the level and helped the younger guys believe more! But Nadal had slams more at age 23, doesn't mean a thing as Boris Becker had a slam at 16 years old, he still doesn't have as much as Federer today so for me that doesn't mean anything... But Nadal is great no doubt, but his defensive style of play messed him up, too much running down every single ball for years and not knowing when to take holidays on the tour..

  • @artikelmusic

thats the way nadal plays, he won nearly everything because of his speed and stamina. once they're gone, i dont see nadal winning too much from now. if he proves me wrong, hats off. but i doubt it, really

  • @tqlax21

Get your statistics right. Nadal will have his next chance of winning a major at the age of 24 (at the French). Federer had 6 majors at the age of 24 just as Nadal has 6 at the same age.

And "if not for the knees" - that's just plain stupidity. Tennis is all about staying fit. You can't stay fit - you're out of the game. Nadal couldn't keep up with Federer's high standards, he's out of the game

Generally "what ifs" are just lame - what if Federer didn't catch mono in 2008?Same crap

  • i measured it out based on nadal's last healthy major, '09 australian open, but yeah i get your point - but it's not stupid, it's unfortunate that he has knee problems at the same time i think one should not dismiss nadal as trivial to federer's legacy

he really was fed's greatest rival, and his record against federer shows that - the greatest talent ever (federer) could only be toppled by heart and hustle, i was moved by that over the years

in the end, fed is the best of course

  • @tqlax21

I agree about Nadal playing nearly or just as well as Federer ever has but the difference between these 2 is that Federer can stay at the top of his game for years while Nadal could only challenge Federer for a brief period.

If not Federer, Nadal wouldn't be the player he was back in early 2009/mid 2008. On the other hand Federer wouldn't be as good on clay as he is now.

  • @ Pleasek - A brief period? Nadal's been getting Federer since he first appeared, and especially following 2005. Nadal has been Federer's only REAL rival during his career. No one's consistently managed to get the better of Federer, except Nadal. But yes, despite being a HUGE Rafa fan, I agree Federer is more talented, and probably the greatest of all time. But we shouldn't underestimate Nadal's impact on Federer's legacy. You'll always think of Nadal when you think of Federer.

  • @tqlax21

And one more thing. I think Nadal made Federer play better on clay courts whilst Federer made Nadal push a little harder at grass and hard courts. As far as Nadal is concerned, however, he pushed it too hard and now he's paying the price. His damaged knees tell us how good Federer is.

  • federer won 4 grandslams at the age of 23 already had 5 gs not just one because he won wimbledon for the fist time at the age of 21 and next year he won 3 more so that makes 4 and then at 2005 he won wimbledon before reaching 24.

  • That's not true, Federer had 5 when he was 23.

  • Hewitt you are the man!! That is why Nadal is No1.... not the stupid rank number (that is only about points and match wins)!! People need to make less fuss about the ranking.

  • if there are no ranking systems then there can be no number 1 therefore meaning nadal couldn't be number 1, listen to what your saying, just because you love nadal you cant change the system of tennis, your comment doesn't make sense...

  • Hewitt ... totally... made some important observations and so very accurate too!!

    I love Leyton! :0

  • @YoSoyZuri Wow get off your ass and actually learn to play tennis instead of oozing for one player. Some true tennis fucking fan you are. You aren't a tennis fan, you are a Rafalafa Nadull fan. You like anyone who talks great about Nadull but then tries to attack anyone who places Nadull underneath Federer/Borg/Sampras/McEnroe/Connors/Emerson/Rosewall/Lendl/Agassi/Becker/Wilander/Edberg/Newcombe/etc. GTFO. Tennis has a history, and Nadull isn't #1. Don't be fucking ignorant. Wake up.

  • I think, my friend "AllGenre" that you´re the only ignorant around here...

  • The messi of tennis

  • that Larry knows, I think he was spot on

  • damn that forehand at 1:25 is HELLA MONSTROUS lol WICKED SPIN MAN

  • Vamos!!

  • Larry seems to be a great guy.

  • idk why but everytime i hear larry say, "This guy's a horse!!" it just makes me laugh, idk why its just kinda funny

  • Comment removed

  • i totally agree with you weasly77,not just cuz i love rafa

  • if borg was faster than rafa, he must have been ``the flash´´ on court..

  • Federer is the biggest fake going. In wearing that jacket with "15" on isn't the act of a humble or gracious champion, it was arrogant and extremely disres pectful of the past champions, like Lave r, Borg & Sampras! He may have beaten Pete Sampras's record but he'll never have the class or my respect that Pete Sampras has!

  • Great comment :) couldnt agree more

  • Federer is the Greatest ever...

  • Federer didn't put his 15 there, Nike did. He wasn't even aware of it.

And even if he did, what makes it bad to celebrate? He cannot enjoy his glory? Not like he came in the court with a big 15 before the game; he put it after the match. Not as bad as lifting the trophy.

What's bad in showing pride for success? He did played a fair career, never complained about pressure, never get angry, always smiling.

He never bothers umpires, never insults his opponents, never throws rackets...

  • hahahaha...never throws his racket...what was that display against Djokovic earlier in the year when he lost? There is showing pride in success and then there is showmanship...sorry but Pete Sampras simply let the racket do the talking...never did he disrespect his opponents or the former greats with such self appreciation displays! That to me is what makes a true champion and a class act not someone who is simply shouting "look at me, look at me" with those ridiculous jackets!

  • Almost never. Compared to the other main stars, he is quite calm.

If you listen to comments about him, more specifically Roddick's, you will see he always speak about how untouchable and serene he seems to be on the court.

Then, you think he tried to show off?

Is it really showing off when you make an affirmation about a fact? He worn 4stars on his Nike when he went for his 4th US open title, nobody blamed him for that.

Federer wouldn't show off anyway, although he'd be happy to win.

  • Pete was surely a great man, no doubt. But, you are founding accusations upon an hypothesis, claiming he did put this shirt to show off.

    Some things are hypothetical here:

You claim he knew the 15 was there.

You claim he did that precisly to show off.

I think Nike has advantages to have a well showed Federer as much as the Canadiens have advantages to show off glory and celebrate their 100 anniversery. Same thing; they want to be identify to greatness.

More probable Nike acts like this.

  • Perhaps it is Nike...but again it's the player's decision in the end so I don't think this is an excuse! Ultimately it's the player who is judged not the sponsors!

Back to Pete Sampras - he was often called boring because he wouldn't bow to the pressure to be a little more of a showman, but I personally am glad he didn't he stood by his own morals and values and let his talent do the talking which to me spoke volumes of what a true and great champion should be!

  • Perhaps did he chose to wear it to contribute to his legend, or simply because he just looked quickly and said "I like that" without seeing the little 15.

But, even if he tried to show off, even if he knew the number to be there, shouldn't we judge him for his entire career and not for one single moment?

One swallow does not make a spring, I said.

Simply to mention it's from exceptions we make rules, but from general observation and he is often hailed for his model behavior.

  • Not saying it's impossible for you to be right for that he perhaps did tried to make the show around his name.

Mentionning that such a slight and mere misconduct doesn't worth such a radical treatment over the accomplishment of his life.

Federer has showed to be calm, serene, respectful, humble and very generous over time. This shouldn't make him so lesser virtuous. And, as we saw, he overcame his violent temper to become this notoriously cold boy on the court. This has to be consider as well.

  • well said

  • @GueorguiJoukov so, you´re saying that roger never threw a raquet in anger, in his entire life? you really sure about that..? no offense, but you´re very uninformed! he´s smashed the shit out of raquets on numerous occasions!

  • @extradutyfelt1 and what does that matter? many players smash rackets...

  • @cj397 yes, they do, except gueorgui is saying that roger, has never broken a raquet in his life, which is not true! roger was marat safin bad tempered, during the earlier days of his career, he´s just managed to control and mature his mind over the year´s, which is admirable, because safin never did...im just pointing out, that what gueorgui is saying, is not fact..

  • @extradutyfelt1 send me TWO OR MORE VIDEOS where he is throwing his racket and then you can talk

  • @patelsoccertennis10 don´t need to send you anything, it´s on youtube, type in federer smashes raquet-> the miami masters 1000 in 2009, where he last smashed a raquet, will probably show up.

  • @extradutyfelt1 first of all that was once. I said give me two times. If you show me a video then i will believe you. I searched and only one video showed up.the miami masters 1000 in 2009 is the FIRST AND LAST time he smashed his racket. You have no idea what you are talking about. Come back with better knowledge and then we'll talk.

  • @patelsoccertennis10 you are the one who has no ideia what you´re talking about ! if you knew anything about roger, you would know that he was a real hot head, in his youth, he smashed raquets frequently, when he was younger..he said so, in his book, which I have read! have you? come back with better knowledge and then we can talk..

  • @GueorguiJoukov Are you kidding me? He's done all of that! He's thrown several rackets, there are like 20 videos of the one he smashed against Djokovic, and like 20 videos of him cussing out the umpire and complaining about Del Potro at US Open 2009

  • What do you complain about? I'd like to know.

This guy is so generous of his time and always so great with people. Never ever bothers him to sign autographs, never hasnot enough time to answer questions, never in a too bad mood to be great.

How coudl then you consider him so bad? Because he celebrated his success? He showed he was happy, perhaps? What's disrepectful in wearing this jacket?

You are getting a classy guy's name dirty for subjective opinions...

  • So, suddenly, a classy guy who won titles and titles for how he behaves, for how great he has been to everyone, for how a gentleman he has been, is now a total idiot.

And you claim it is because he worn a jacket with a number he didn't even seem to know about, and this, after he had won, after the deal was over.

Ain't this exagerated and unfair? You discredit all his life for a number, one moment, upon an hypothesis and without explanation.

You are arogant and lack of judgement.

  • Explain me how this thing is one bad and two why does this simple action makes him suddenly arogant when we consider the weight and quantity of great actions supporting the other side?

One swallow does not make a spring, my friend.

But, I could be wrong. Show me how a sand grain can tilt a libra more than a mountain. Of course, if you can show this action was bad.
