@ultraforge, I am not a furry and I have a third person opinion on this matter. I think that blackhand2 is a bad example of a person of the fandom. Oh, please keep me in mind if there are any people who are willing to post good debates about furies. If so, please keep me in mind and I'll subscribe and post my first upload to YouTube.
Here's how I feel. First off, Furries are spending way too much time "recruiting" people into the fandom. All you Furries are, is a giant group of people wanting to play a life-long game of make-believe. Secondly, why does wearing a fursuit and parading around in fursuits demand respect? Being proud of being a Furry is about the same equivalent to someone saying that they're proud to be a rapist. It's a choice you make, like most other things in life. I also mentioned that here in the United States free speech is preached but not practiced (an illusion). Ultra is one of the most obnoxious trolls of the group and I think he could do better. Therefore he makes the more intelligent trolls look bad.

Run a sentence diagram on your third sentence. You will find its meaning too open so that it ultimately defeats U in the end, especially when read from a fresh perspective. Include references to the current free speech status of the US and other such political controversies. Hell, even short lesson on the nature of the English language and it's meaning would help.
Unless U meant that furrys hold the domain of free speech.
Just know that not everyone shares your knowledge.

Free speech is indeed free speech. I don't have a problem with furries really (as long as they don't mention any XXX-rated stuff they do in their personal lives), but some of them need to learn they're not going to get respect by demanding it. If someone thinks yiff is gross, they should get over it. I think the goal for some of them is to get trolls to admit defeat (which will never happen due to the general for-the-lulz factor).
