What really doesn't make sense to me is how Gaia's eyes are busted when they were never touched in this version.

Unless........Super Sonic was just so powerful that the final blow...blew Gaia's eyes out.

You see, Sega really screwed up with the final battle with Dark Gaia. The Wii/Ps2 version and the Xbox/Ps3 version of the battle is...the same fight. It's supposed to go like this; You fly towards Gaia (xbox), then fight him by punching him (Wii) Gaia grabs Chip, and Sonic starts attacking him (Wii) Then it goes to the final battle with Perfect Dark Gaia (Xbox) After you free Chip from Gaia, it goes to the Wii version of the battle. Go ahead, put the both versions together...it makes sense.
