After a bit of research on the title (since people were so kind to describe the song) Narcisse means Narcissus, and Noir means black. In Greek mythology Narcissus was a man whom Echoes fell in love with, but she cursed by Zesus's wife to only repeat what other's say. He rejected her pure, true love. So Aphrodite cursed him, he looked into a lake, and fell in love with his own reflection. Now connect the lyrics with the title. : D Lyrical masterminds.

The song is composed very nice.. one of my favs from Ali Project. It goes with the CLAMP story but it ALSO connects with the old myth of Narcissus and Echo. The lyrics have too many references to the old poem/story for anyone to deny she's singing the part of Echo mourning over Narcissus even after his death.

If you look up the story of Narcissus, this song is pretty much Echo singing about Narcissus with a bit of a twist. Echo fell in love with Narcissus but he rejected her and fell in love with himself, staring into the mirror till he died.. Ali Project added a few changes to the story but its the same concept... and since Echo and Narcissus were both gods they technically were siblings.
