Well Looks to me like she pushed the issue. She was only getting a ticket for speeding & then other sundry items for "contempt of cop" (brake light, windshield, seatbelt).

But then it came back she was driving on a suspended license, which will be an arrest. She then refused to get out of her car. He did warn her several times, she was defiant. He could have pulled her out, but since that often results in a fight & injury, used some electric "tune up" to adjust the attitude.

To those that say there was no justification, etc.:

1. When an officer initiates a traffic stop, the officer is in control not the suspect.

2. In the use of force continuum, an officer can use oc spray and a taser if the officer were going to go hands on. The reason for this is more people and officers are injured from hands on fighting than the less lethal weapons.

3. The girl was under arrest, the officer has a right to order her out of the car, she has no right to refuse.
