@10000diamondeyes I suppose I have contradicted myself. I think they did a good job interviewing him, especially with how hard of an interview he can be. And if you watch him or listen to his interviews, he commonly does not sound like he wants to be interviewed, He just doesn't seem to like to do things like that. It may have to do with the fact that he hates how much of a pedistal rock stars are put on.

Thank you for this!  This is great news,Tool is actually writing bits and pieces for a new album.Tool albums come out every five years so if 10,000 Days was 2006,I figure mid 2011 for the new one. Thanks again for posting this.

Yes they do all their songs in a twangy country style, it is absolutely horrible. I have the audio for it on my computer, they have like an old town and Maynard dresses up as a old country singer and then after the horrible twangy garbage they played 7 songs normal style. So if you plan on going and there is two shows, one will probably be tons of country.
