I like how afterwords Jeff runs to Rich saying that he's just not as perfect as him because, to me it shows that if Annie asked him out, he would say yes even though he knew she was too young so when Rich said no to Annie Jeff finally realizes :)
@halfpup it's pouring rain and Jeff sarcastically remarks: 'Nice weather' and Theo overhears 'Nice Sweater'. You can see Jeff looks surprised when he says thanks.
@divatashi I know! It was too good to be true but I get it. Jeff respected Rich for doing what he couldn't: turn down Annie. In the bathroom scene he didn't really tell her "No" he said he didn't have an answer because relationships were complicated. I loved their scene last week when he admitted she was no longer a kid & he couldn't treat her that way anymore. Can't wait for next week.
@SpanishEyesWonder IKR, i really hope that he doesnt do what he did last season tho. which was completly ignore their chemistry and try to pretend nothing was going on which left annie confused and hurt
@divatashi I don't think he will. I think last week's episode was a turning point for their relationship. He finally told her why he was condescending towards her & that he couldn't do that anymore because she no longer a kid. It's too soon for them to get together but I hope we still get Jeff/Annie moments & not find out later that they had a secret relationship that we never got to see (like the Jeff/Britta one is season 2 even).
@SpanishEyesWonder yeah but i watched the new episode and it didn't even seem like jeff had any feelings for annie (ep 4). idk maybe that episode had nothing to do with them which was why he was acting like there was no chemistry or history towards them. i dont think they'll ditch this idea of them being together tho cause they've hinted it so much already

This is my all time favorite Community scene. Abed definitely knows about Jeff's feelings for Annie and his facial expressions are telling him that it's okay.
